The Exorcists are an honourable, normal Space Marine Chapter, and they’ve NEVER HEARD of Daemonic Possession Therapy so stop asking!

Celestial lions next please 🙌🏽
'limited daemonic possession could in fact, be used to benefit humanity' somewhere in the Warp, Lorgar felt a very weird sense of vindication
This vid convinced me to put Oaths of Damnation on my Xmas list this year. Excellent presentation!
"Your primarch slurps gene seed in the Immaterium!"
Ranting of an Exorcist aspirant during the final exam, m38
I've been waiting for this one since I decided to do the exorcists for my badab war project, you did not disappoint
Someday I'm going to get some Grey Knights and paint them as Exorcists.
This is so cool. These guys are metal as fuck, basically loyalist word bearers with inquisition sanction. I want an army of these with a "death company" of daemonhost marines.
You're avoiding my fellow Lamenters, Ian, and it's making us really, really sad.
20:27 It's nice to have job security.
It really blows me away how fast time flies when I listen to AI.
This is so helpful at the moment, I'm currently listening to an Exorcist book, I went in total blind, this clears up so much.
Hey look it’s Grey Knights but actually cool
I've been waiting specifically for Arbitor to do this specific chapter . Awesome.
Hearing that the Exorcists had a Chapter Master named Trismegistus makes immeasurably happy.
Yes… The Exorcists were deployed to Armageddon to fight checks notes Ork invaders.
Carry on Iterator
22:30 Me, fan of Mage: The Ascension: "Oh hey, I know this one!"
I love how hard each Chapter name goes.
So damn cool, and theyall have lore and paint schemes to boot.
I am continuing to love this series, thanks Ian.
"Daaaad, can we have [GREY KNIGHTS]?"
"We have [GREY KNIGHTS] at home."
The [GREY KNIGHTS] at home;
"The Orison Cults" also known as "Therapists".
So the chapter master's name is just Biblical Prophet Guy Who Invented Alchemy? Certainly one of 40k's most wizard ass names
Imperial Fist successors my ass. You're wearing Khorne Red armor with scripture engraved on it and getting yourself possessed by daemons, you couldn't get more Word Bearer if you had "Lorgar did nothing wrong" tattooed across your forehead
Always great work Ian.
EDIT | Me being confidently incorrect to follow:
Not sure whether you missed it or just thought it not worth sharing but The Exorcists on Armageddon basically just hung out around a leftover Khornate shrine from the 1st War for Armageddon against Angron somewhere in the equatorial jungles and were censured by, I think, Tu'Shan of the Salamanders.
Can't for the life of me remember where I read that but it's likely the Epic Armageddon rulebook.
What would POSSESS you to make this video?!? Regardless we're here for it and not a word of this to Chaplain Leandros…he's a bit squirrelly about this kinda stuff
"Let's perform secret exorcisms as a part of our initiation rituals that would be considered heresy to the imperium. What should we call ourselves?"
"Okay, hear me out…"
Their homework’s sounds like a HP lovecraft setting
Sir I’ve been experiencing nightmares recently.
Well let’s try demonic possession therapy.
I wish they had left the gene seed as "classified"
I'm curious if the Exorcist librarians have to go through the tempering, as losing a chunk of their soul should weaken their psychic strength. I know what was in Oaths of Damnation but I don't think the writer had the firmest grasp on the lore.
Really wish there were rules for these guys. Like, specifically their own index or the like.
It must be eerie to fight along someone who isn't really there yet you see them tearing apart demons with an unholy fury
One of my favorites. I hadn’t realized they were of Dorn’s geneseed.
Just found my new favorite chapter 🔥🤟
I am a Warhammer lore fluff collecter, a Painter. Found your Channel a few days ago and i Love it. Subscribed
Loyalist Wordbearers
The modern day successors to the Relictors
🎉🎉🎉
Oh man I’ve been looking forward to this one since you started the badab war series. I’ve been working on my exorcists since 4th edition.
I think it's pretty interesting how the Rogue Trader color scheme for these guys was almost identical to the Lamenters… there's a parallel universe where the Exorcists remained taxicab yellow and checkers but the Lamenters look different.
So … they were called The Exorcists before all the summoning deamons into them stuff. Why?
I’m not even going to say it’s my inner 15-year-old. I just think this guys sound fuckin’ sick.
Brings a new meaning to "completely codex compliant chapter".
I wouldn’t have guessed the Exorcists name was so literal
