also, no vanguard still (goes without saying)
27:03 is that why that map was called five?
No vanguard?
Anyone else feel like he just used clips he already had of the games. Because I kept hearing the same things that he has said in previous videos.
Love Tim content, he’s a good guy
Cant beat some old skool zombies man !
“It takes your Jug” has gotta be Tim’s most coined phrase. 💀
didn't think that i would be listening to tim playing shino while describing his sons potty habits
5:18 “Hurry Up” Staff Sergeant Melton. Anyone who’s gone through basic in the last 5 months will know that phrase from SSgt. Melton
Honestly looking back bo2 zombies was overall pretty bad only decent maps to me was mob and buried didn't really liked origins and transit was fun with friends obviously but still trash
Hold up does that mean youre a 2000 baby or a 2001 baby if you’re 2000 gang the Ayee if not damn bruh but that’s crazy I never noticed we were the same age lmfao
I listened to this as a podcast while driving truck for work, i was smiling damn near the whole time from the nostalgia and just sheer hilarity of this whole thing, especially with krazy rabbit. Never change tim, was a fantastic listen 😁👍
Rabbits right, tomatoes slap. Little salt on them bad boys 🤌🏼 Mmm mm
I like how this guy has the best and worst take in zombie.
This vid will last more than a few dinners, cheers Timmy
Rabbit: Hey Tim, have you heard the news?
Tim: Oh god, what?
Rabbit: I’m into dudes. 💀
I like the Transit maps cuz you had choices, if you wanted to play without perks you’d play bus depot, if you wanted to play without pack-a-punch play farm, if you wanted all of it together play town. There was something to enjoy to matter what kind of player you were, black ops 2 was peak.
Timmy I need the name of that soundtrack 1:18:20 🐧
In black ops 3 they want 5k for the Bootleg on Verruckt. Its decent but not worth 5k. 😂
I like how through rezzurection it gets deep out of nowhere talking about fatherhood
tim is the only youtuber whose videos i will gladly sit and watch six hours straight for even tho its just videos ive already seen put together in one
Perfect video to put in the background while I clean the house 💪
Skipping Vanguard totally valid. only COD i ever flat out refused to buy
wait how was there an ad for the intel i7 back then?
4 Days later I finally finished this video… not disappointed
tim didn't use any dashes on dead ops
man i wish i had someone to play bo3 zombies with
great seeing the kings back
I met Krazy rabbit at my old job and I want to say he is the most down to earth person i’ve ever met
I honestly love watching these videos. I’ve loved watching these compilation style videos you’ve been putting out. Especially since they are so long. They are great for playing in the background, or just actually watching something
Tim what the fuck
Tim idk why you gave yourself that challenge of only getting to round 10 to setup for the chronicles maps 😭 pretty sure us as viewers wouldn’t have cared that much. Would’ve loved more gameplay!
Project 115 will Begin in late 2025 Tim Youre Invited
Damn. I’m 2 years younger than younger than Tim Hansen
Now rank all of them
As a longtime member of the Call of Duty Zombies community, I want to share my thoughts on the current state of Zombies in recent Call of Duty games. First, I genuinely appreciate the effort and creativity behind these games and the job opportunities they create in the industry. However, some crucial aspects are being overlooked, and it’s essential for developers to listen to the community, especially those of us who have been playing Zombies since its inception.
I come from the older Call of Duty Zombies era, when the mode was about more than just shooting waves of zombies. It was about solving intricate Easter eggs, decoding Cyphers, and tackling challenging puzzles with friends. The satisfaction came from figuring things out ourselves, not from having the game simplified.
Unfortunately, the newer Zombies content seems to have lost some of that magic. While the visuals and lore are impressive, the focus appears to have shifted towards more casual gameplay, which doesn’t cater to the hardcore fans. I understand there’s a new generation of players who may prefer a quicker, easier mode, but I believe there’s a way to cater to both audiences without sacrificing what made Zombies great.
The past three Call of Duty Zombies games (Cold War, Vanguard, and the Zombies modes in Modern Warfare) haven’t lived up to the standards set by earlier titles like World at War, Black Ops 1, Black Ops 2, and Black Ops 3. These recent iterations have simplified the experience, reducing the depth of Easter eggs and overall challenge.
Zombies used to be about survival mixed with strategy, teamwork, and exploration. The early maps, such as Kino der Toten, Der Riese, and Origins, struck a perfect balance between challenge and mystery. The community thrived on discovering hidden secrets and solving complex puzzles. However, recent maps focus more on streamlined, fast-paced gameplay that lacks the depth we once enjoyed.
The shift towards casual play has diluted the mode’s unique identity. Zombies was never about making things easy; it was about rewarding dedication and curiosity. The latest releases, including Cold War, offer less challenging Easter eggs and more straightforward maps, which feels like a step back.
Despite the Call of Duty franchise’s evolution, especially with the success of Warzone, Zombies has its own identity and a dedicated fan base. We don’t just want quick matches or simplified experiences. We want to spend hours working through complex maps, finding secrets, and facing challenging gameplay.
Cold War Zombies, for instance, had potential but didn’t capture the essence of earlier titles. The maps were smaller, the Easter eggs were less rewarding, and the overall challenge felt reduced. It’s frustrating because I know the team behind Zombies can create memorable experiences, as seen with Black Ops 1, Black Ops 2, and Black Ops 3. However, the focus has shifted to casual players, leaving hardcore fans behind.
To revive Zombies, Activision should return to basics. Revisit what made Zombies great and build from there. The community wants classic, round-based maps with challenging Easter eggs and deeper lore. There’s no need to simplify the experience—we thrive on complexity and challenge.
One potential solution is to create a standalone Zombies game. This would allow developers to focus solely on crafting the best Zombies experience without fitting it into the larger Call of Duty franchise. I would gladly pay for a standalone Zombies game if it meant getting the depth and challenge we’ve been missing. Imagine a yearly Zombies game with multiple maps, deep lore, and complex Easter eggs.
In summary, while I appreciate the effort in new Zombies content, Activision needs to listen to the community and get back to what made Zombies great. The last three Zombies modes have missed the mark, and there’s an opportunity to return to the complexity and challenge that made Zombies special. Whether through classic maps or a standalone game, I believe Zombies can honor its past while evolving in meaningful ways.
I hope this feedback helps shape the future of Call of Duty Zombies. Let’s bring back what made Zombies truly special.
