Nightrider flail+ hoarfrost is op use that charged attack on horse
I'm on NG+7, few things I've learned:
There's are skip to go to the boss at caelid by the church of plague.
You cheese fire giant easily
You can mix bloodflame blade, seppeku and the set yourself on fire spell to make bosses bleed like crazy
Sword of night and flame makes quick work of final boss
Do don't need both of the keys for dectus lift, just go to the left and there's a way to climb up easy from the bottom
If you use the shield that you get from the double tree sentinel boss fight you can proc the weapon art from the flame spell mentioned before for amazing damage
Remember where teleporters take you to minimise travel time e.g. teleporter next to the third church or marika
You can use the scarlet rot dog for easy boss kills when first starting.

Honestly if you just go get the broken ErdTree Greatshield you turn the game onto easy mode and can easily beat any boss.

mohg can actually be fought really early, going to rose church and finding the guy who calls you 'maidenless' and go through his quest line and he gives you an amulet to teleport to the palace outskirts

In my experience, the l2 ability of the blasphemous blade (especially combined with a +10 mimic tear) absolutely trivializes the final stretch of bosses, including malenia
Radahn does not require you to reach the capital for the Radadhn festival to commence, all you need to do is talk to Alexander about it and leave to Caelid
Actually, bleed can be chain proc-ed, but frost makes them more vulnerable to damage for a bit, but fire damage will reset it, allowing you to apply frost again.
