Even if you have the potential to be the greatest QB in the history of the NFL, no team is going to give you more than 3 years to develop. Your good players will no longer be good after three years and you will end up getting your head coach and GM fired. There is a reason people say NFL stands for Not For Long.

Yes the OL line sucks. forget the injuries there because they never had any depth. Duane Brown should retire and he knows that. DE's are fast and he's up there in age. Just ask Rodgers week one against the Bills. OC Hakett has watch his QB take a beating because he isn't aware that the TE's and RB can stay back to help protect the QB. No point in sending out 5 receivers when your QB is running for his life or laying on his back. Play action will always help. Why do I need to say this.
