Honestly, as someone who worked at a comic book shop and saw this book just about everywhere, not gonna lie, never thought to even read it. But, after watching these, i can say for certain that i probably should have and unlike most comics, this one has quite the powerful ending. i mean sure there’s some convenient plot devices and armor thrown around just like any comic.
but at the end of the day, the ending is what matters. it may not be the perfect ending but i would say its solid enough to be a story to be closed and be put on the shelf. its definitely one of the good ones and personally i dont wanna to risk seeing it drag on and on like most comics do.
Let it be a story people WANT to read and can read it till the end vs just always picking up a book every month because it just never ends. Invincible is a solid 9/10.

16:32 The most interesting part about Mark putting Immortal as the ruler of Earth is that it was actually referenced way earlier when Mark was fighting Angstrom Levy while dimension hopping. He met alternate universe Immortal where he left him as a ruler of Earth for a thousand years and Immortal has become severely depressed and begged Mark to kill him. Unfortunately, Mark didn't seem to remember it so he pretty much recreated that universe himself.
