Yea, you went to hard into mission control way too early, that provokes the aliens really rapidly without the appropriate techs to hide your MC from them
I'm playing the Servant now on veteran level and the aliens help me get countries, plus I'm the only one with access to some places in space. The game says the Resistants are the easy ride, but it's actually more the Servants.
My advice is to analyze which factions you want to anger and weaken them before you do so. Investigate the servants, plant a spy in their ranks and slowly kill each of their high level councilors so that you can bump them down to starter levels. Doing this will prevent them from having any influence on you ever as they will focus on more simpler missions rather than assassinating you.
Servants and protectorates both are factions that need to be suppressed with pretty high priority. Initiative needs a beat down too once in a while since they are very focused on just maxing spoils and ruining economies
I'm also playing it's 2033 and the aliens haven't even destroyed the space station above earth yet so any idea why that's the case (humanity first playthrough)
You could have also finished the daunting alien tech thing the 100.000 point one. You said it would have taken a year under full research and 4 if not fully researched. Europa fell but that took close to a year, then Russia fell which took another year. You could have made it
I couldn't Handle potato not finishing this run, so I had to buy the game and fluff it up myself. The micromanagement of this game is insane, but the world building and detail is incredible.
"Why they hate me?" Bro you literally played like the USA. You get in every one business. You don't have friendly countries nor Partner, you have servants and pawns. You acted like the world police, as If the whole world belonged to you. If this pissed someone then you really need to meditate. Because it means it is true. Nothing more, nothing else

Love this series. Just blasted through it in a couple days! Can't wait for more TI content

No mention of investigating your agents early on.
Amazing play through! I can’t wait to see your next one. Also obsessed with this game at the moment! 😁❤
Hi, I am watching your series and I am liking very much, but, even being seven episodes behind, I saw some problems that this guides will help you a lot: Alien treat level(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=paTHtv6rgCw) and Early game ship designs(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-9EK3_aW5hc)
Riperoni. But now I can follow episodically, and you know more and can play better. The blind run was fun though
I want to see a Humanity First run next
Really nice series to watch. I hope you'll give it another go. I really do understand the frustration that set in xD

I’d love to see another play through.
Exodus run next?

Once the Aliens take Earth you just keep going and play XCom 2 LWofTC.
Aliens keep destroying your layered defences with orbital bombardments. Really shows how much they are worth.
