  1. I think everyone can agree that the Dowager Countess' lines were some of the most iconic moments of the show. She made the show so witty and funny, I love her! I find myself quoting her sometimes in my own life. <3

  2. They shouldn't have let her go. I can't watch without her. I watched her exit episode once. The rest, I watch regularly. Never again that one. ๐Ÿ˜ข I have always loved Maggie. I started watching because of her. You should see her in Quartet. (The 2012 movie. She was in 2 by that title). Amazing cast. Music was played by real retired performers in the movie.

  3. The Dowager was undeniably one of the best characters in Downton it is such a shame to see her go. No doubts Mary will turn out just like her but we wont go into much detail about that ๐Ÿ˜‚.

I hope in the 3rd film they go back to the style of the first few series as it focuses on Robert, Bates and Anna. Mostly Robert as i would like to find out about how he actually met Cora and how they fell in love a bit how they found out about the Dowager before she passed by going to the villa. Reason being i think it would show us a side of Robert that we haven't seen before and show us that apart from being serious and heartfelt he is actually really funny ๐Ÿ˜‚.

If they go back to focusing on Bates and Anna i'd like to see them and there son (John Bates Jr.) and how they live depending on the time jump there son going to school and how they manage there life aswell as both working at Downton.

But that's just what i would like to see probably not going to happen but you never know! ๐Ÿ˜…

  4. The Spanish version ( latin ) gives Lady Violet a freshness, and more color to accentuate in her voice all that she expresses. It is a very special voice and ideal for a grandmother countess but with the best sense of humor.

  6. My favorite Dowager Countess quote is
"I'm not arguing, I'm explaining. " She is one of my favorite characters. Love watching her witty interactions with the cast. Maggie is amazing in Downton Abbey and wonderful in everything she does. Truly a gem!! โญ๏ธ
