This video wouldnβt have been possible without the help of my colleague Retro-Rock, who dumped the NEC PC-8001mkII version. He has a very interesting channel where he shows gameplays of rare game versions. Please help him by subscribing to his channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCe8V-baBmhKHsxiNVxG9GdQ

The arcade version is a winner –
i still have that on my PlayStation 2 in
a compilation called NAMCO MUSEUM.
The Commodore 64 version is absolutely a legendary classic πΊππΉοΈ.
The Sharp X68000 version is amazing πΊππΉοΈ.
The 8-bit Atari version looks retrospectively awesome πΊππΉοΈ.
The Atari 5200 version looks great πΊππΉοΈ.
And the ColecoVision version looks retrospectively perfect πΊππΉοΈ.
Great stuff but you missed the BBC Micro version which is called 'Snapper' by Acornsoft. There are two versions of this, one which has ghosts and Pac-Man sprites similar to the arcade original (YouTube video ID: iNjwGSuQtGQ ) – however there was a copyright objection so Acornsoft released a version with changed ghost and Pac-Man sprites, YouTube video ID: LLy8frcGk_A ).
Happy new year! Let's start the new year with all the deaths of Pac-Man π
The ghosts in any of the maze games are the bane of my existence.
The NES Classic version is also part of the Japanese Famicom Mini series
Most of the earlier ports are so weird since they are from systems most people don't even remember
So many ways for Pac-Man to implode. π΅

Blinky, Pinky, Inky, and Clyde liked this video.
I'm glad you still making pacman games!
OMG This version! 1:07ππ
OMG Who thought this was a good idea about making the characters look like that?! 3:38
6:51 pac-man grew an eye for a brief second
Finally your back with some Pacman videos
today's my birthday and i got a pac-mania arcade1up cabinet!
Thanks for the trip down memory lane. Great stuff! β€
I love the Genesis, SNES, and arcade original.
There is specifically one version that I have not seen since 200I, I still can't put my finger on which build it is because I don't know the console: In this specific version, when you get a Game Over, you are immediately warped to a very lively Graveyard during the day, with the Leaderboards showing on Pacman's Tombstone that comes in the form of a Panel with Greek Columns that has either a Cream~coloured or Yellow Tint that rises out of the Grass while very somber music plays throughout; this might've been one of the game's many Unofficial 0I6 Bit Ports during the '90s, as I clearly remember its higher palette and FM Audio; every program that I have looked up that features many of the official and Third Party ports doesn't have this specific build, wishfully somebody knows what I am talking about because this has been messing with me ever since I was exposed to that version and I would love to see it get archived if it still has yet to by this point.
The arcade and Atari 2600 are the ones I most recognize anywhere.
