I was yards away from driving into a giant river after the police illegally pitt maneuvered me there . In my case it was necessary but They still almost klled me and their body cameras weren’t on so I think they would have just left if something went wrong
Adventures with Purpose has their video up of the recovery. So sad! I think there was just too much partying, and she lost her way. As for the witness that got the call about the battery, did they clear that person? Thanks for the great recap!!!❤❤
When the girl was repeatedly asking how to tighen a seatbelt, was this possibly her trying to get help?
Funny. For a teenager..there’s no pics. Then a couple show up.
Yeaaah not buying it.
Do not drive drunk, high, or inebriated in any way shape or form.
As for her body ending up in the back, it probably just floated and drifted to the back when the car filled up with water.
As for the broken window, since she was probably stoned and drunk out of her mind during the time, maybe she hit a low-lying tree branch or some other object on the way to the lake, since the combination of intoxication and darkness probably made her virtually impervious to where the hell she even was in relation to anything else.

Adventures With Purpose is out here doing God’s work and it’s no surprise that another agency didn’t spot her. They are so methodical and thoughtful not to mention the state of the art equipment they use. I’m sad for the family.

I remember this case, but I didn't remember details. I am about 50/50 on whether she simply became disoriented and drove into the lake or whether her death was from some kind of foul play.

When you hit a body of water like that, you have to get the windows down all of them right away seatbelt off and get out if you let the car full with water you’re screwed

She was drunk and on drugs driving. What do you expect to happen? And only 16 out "partying" like this??? It was bound to happen.
Caffeine, THC and alcohol can cause anxiety and paranoia! I believe it was an accident.
sami is the only person who says her and kiely were friends , and that last photo of kiely is actually sami as facial recognition software shows many more data match points for sami than kiely . she "drowned" but had no water in her lungs or stomach , it's a massive coverup.
There were quite a few rumors of odd stuff that night. I wish they didnt let their kids do this.
No matter what happened, this is such a tragedy. Poor Kiley was just starting her life and that was taken from her.

Hello Chris and Amy! I remember this case well. Huge coverage until suddenly there wasn't. So I decided to dive in. Straight off, her body had been in the water for 2 weeks and was badly bloated. So Kiely was unidentifiable at the time. Because of this they cannot state if there was internal or external damage to the body. With a submersion that long, her body would have filled with water. Trying to track down anything related to the guy she was last seen with reported by the tow truck driver. As far as the party participants not coming forward, cover up or hush up? A town that size, certainly teenagers of law enforcement officers were there. I'm going to keep digging.
The security picture of a VIDEO is NOT KIELY, the group of kids IS NOT the party. She did not drown as NO WATER in throat,nose of LUNGS.
The founder of Adventures with purpose, is now in prison for C. A. He recorded and sold/distributed what he did!!!! He pleaded guilty!!!
She was 9 years old!!!

Once again the evil corruption shows Its face in our fully corrupt system. Cover up for sure. Sick of this evil world.
No doubt there are questionable things on what happened, but after seeing the footage from the tower or whatever it was overlooking the lake, it was nothing more than a unfortunate accident. The windows being partly down is pretty easy to explain. One this was during the summer and heat isn’t horrible but bad enough so could have those down prior to going into the water. Or after going into the water, which would be pitch black, she could have pushed the button in a panic. Doors are difficult to open especially at the surface because of the water pressure, and heard several people say it’s better to wait until the door/window is completely submerged before trying to open it. However being she was only 16, intoxicated, pitch black conditions with water coming in, she panicked and climbed into the back, which probably made the situation even worse since her vehicle was upside down.
So sad
