  1. Ive covered plenty of these type of subjects before but it’s been a while and never really know how to approach them . Hope I did it in a respectful way and open to suggestions on how to present them if I do more in the future

  2. 689.25 Failure to disclose homicide, suicide, deaths, or diagnosis of HIV or AIDS infection in an occupant of real property.—

(1)(a) The fact that an occupant of real property is infected or has been infected with human immunodeficiency virus or diagnosed with acquired immune deficiency syndrome is not a material fact that must be disclosed in a real estate transaction.
    (b) The fact that a property was, or was at any time suspected to have been, the site of a homicide, suicide, or death is not a material fact that must be disclosed in a real estate transaction.
    (2) A cause of action shall not arise against an owner of real property, his or her agent, an agent of a transferee of real property, or a person licensed under chapter 475 for the failure to disclose to the transferee that the property was or was suspected to have been the site of a homicide, suicide, or death or that an occupant of that property was infected with human immunodeficiency virus or diagnosed with acquired immune deficiency syndrome.

In short, you don't have to disclose anything on a real property you are selling, BUYER BEWARE!!

  3. I respect you for doing this story. I grew up in a very beautiful little town on a bay in gig harbor Washington . it was a fishing village. Even though it looked like a perfect town in Maine we had our stories. Now so many people have moved here it looks like Seattle was. They ruined it . I know when the new people were moving in they were surprised at some of our bad things. Its like no person is perfect no matter what no town is perfect. Our town in 90s 2000s drugs really grew it was sad.

  4. I lot of that looks like Baldwin Park, I used to do the landscaping at the KinderCare & the pond next to it & I remember thinking about that when I'd go off into La La land doing Mow circles around the pond but once I saw a homeless guy camped behind the KinderCare in the woods & I told the School Manager she asked me to call the cops but as a father & when the thought of the tragedy you spoke of we couldn't take a chance. I think it was Osceola County Cops that came. This is 2 years ago & they made him move everything I felt bad. But If someone's kid was taken as a father I could never live that down. At least you guys have kept Pluto on his leash. Never Trust Pluto. Or Ybor Jay. Or Chris the pronoun Trifecta. Sorry I know I annoy You but the 3 of you are the best in FL. Especially The Woo #DailyWooForever

  5. Hi Adam! I’m a Real Estate agent in Alabama & Florida and both are Buyer Be Ware states. You don’t have to disclose any murders or crimes. In California I think you have to do full disclosure.
Great video. Hope you do more like it.❤️

  6. We have spent so much time @ Celebration since it opened and we had friends that first moved in the first year it was operating under Disney, So between the Parks we 'd be there so often. You are absolutely right it was like the Perfect* town, nothing weird, or off had happened, it was the "Perfect little town" so when these things happened, we were all so shocked and surprised and "how could that happen there" like you said …in our minds it was the perfect place to live, no crime, clean, great school system, etc etc. We still all talk about it, our son went to College there and did events there for his Show Production Classes, and although he lives on the West Coast now, we often bring this up! The 3 men from Boston that lost their lives in the pond. And the rest of the stories, it still seems like WOW! LIke I said they sold the idea of the town on us perfect, quiet, no crime, so it was just shocking, then we all realized-no place is 100% free from this. And yes I was very disappointed-it's life. The town itself is so clean and perfect it's like a backlot. But I still want to buy there someday. Lots of wonderful memories. 😉 Ty for sharing. Btw, the 3 men that perished in the pond from Boston area, really touches me, they went to FL to go play golf. The story on the Boston news was in the news for weeks. Still so vivid. They were young friends on vacation, they were missing. That area was so bad so many incidents, accidents of people speeding! So very sad!! The wives had no idea where their husbands went…still mystifies me.

  8. I think it's important to mention the dark side of the places also. These are part of the life also. If you have dark story about the small villages – I would watch it with interest as well. Thank you.

  9. Mayberry is real and attainable if it exists in the hearts and minds of the people. It doesn’t matter how nice the buildings are or how quaint the facade, it can’t be Mayberry if it doesn’t exist first on the inside. These artificial neighborhoods are creepy.

  10. Reminds me of the replica Paris the Chinese built. Fake Eiffel Tower and everything. The entire city is just a counterfeit of the real thing. It has no soul, just an empty, communist shell.

  11. Well I hope I'm wrong, but I feel like Disney World and Maybe Disney Land will eventually be closing it's doors for ever. What's left of the parks, would have been abandoned.

  12. Nice job..Woo. Very respectful vlog. Not to worry. When there is a lot of control & isolation from other neighborhoods something has to “snap” sooner or later especially with all the chaos going on in 2022.

  13. I love this video, your vibes are amazing but I wish you would have mentioned that in the first case you mentioned, Mateo was a child predator. He also tried to SA the man who hacked him up. It’s an awful story. But I just thought it should be known that he wasn’t some innocent poor man, it’s sickening but still… it’s a bit important! Love the rest of the video!
