The Daemon Prince that doesn't suck

If you want to send me your disaster campaigns email it here. [email protected]

Please only send campaigns on the verge of defeat or battles you can’t win. Auto resolve wins won’t be accepted. Modded campaigns are not currently accepted. Please only send campaigns/battles on large or ultra unit scale. Normal and small unit scale will not be accepted. Not currently accepting Realm of Chaos campaigns/battles.

Please keep in mind the volume of emails I receive and that not all disaster submissions will receive a response. I will try to get to as many as possible. 1. as bretonia always put the siege in a second army that way you have one fullstack perfect for land battles plus you can disable control large army, which would have made this battle much more easier

  2. I'd rather lose two units and be told by a pro that the situation was difficult, just like I'd rather be called a dipshit and have a tremendously higher chance of survival.
    Upvote if you agree.

  3. Can anybody here explain to me why legend is giving quite a lot of moving orders in matters of a second? Siding the formation just a few pixels away from the last command.

  4. What happened to 4 stack armies?
I don't encounter them on the map anymore?
I play at legendary very hard but I never come across more than say 2&1/2 stacks to test myself against.
    WHAT HAPPENED!?!?!
(Can I somehow increase the AI power?)

  5. Playing wh2 as teclis and tirelessly grinding for traits to make a 2man army with teclis and tyrion. So far I got the essential traits for teclis (for the winds of magic part) and for tyrion I am missing gotrek's and the lizard lord that gives 10 melee defence. The goal is to make tyrion as tanky as possible while teclis does the killing. My only problem however is facing enemies with flying units/heroes/lords because they tend to chase teclis around even if tyrion is basically in the middle of their army.

  6. My favorite part was when you were killing the metal wizard and telling that chaos POS to die. I've mirrored that exact sentiment so many times when fighting these annoying chaos armies.

  7. As much as i enjoy the game, the worst aspects of it are the maps, and the constant frustration of having to repeatedly give the same orders to your units. In terms of not being able to select your battlefield, Caesar won 80% of his battles by picking the best ground to fight upon and commanders would often spend days circling each other trying to find the best terrain.
If you're a dedicated campaign player, you can see just how many aspects of the game can be improved.

CA have to be concerned if their next AAA title in the Total War series will succeed or not, and if they don't improve the mechanics and gameplay it will flop. It's clear that the appeal with TW:WH is the fantasy setting and the unique features such as monsters and magic and people forgive a lot to have that experience.

If this was TW: Medieval 3 it would fall flat, as has been shown by the recent sales figures of their other titles.

  8. Yesterday I’ve won a really hard battle with lizardmen against Khorne which I wanted to just abandon, it looked really bad. Cavalry can really make a huge difference and I’m starting to appreciate it a lot more.
