  1. Literally the swamp is the original tunnel….. The well is how they got the water out of the original tunnel….🤔 The sea water in the 14 to 16 hundreds was roughly 10 feet lower .. the flood tunnel is actually a drain tunnel.. There's records of a large tsunami in the 1600s that could have wiped the island out…been commenting this for years now

  2. What if someone came up with this plot to sell thier island? Like theres buried treasurr here, buy some plots. …Mystery sells, wich is y most of the land was bought up, and why people are willing to sink so much time anf money into it. Because of the what if factor. Lol Very smart landowners, if thats the case, knowing people will buy all the land, to search 20 yrs plus , and even die for .

  3. I'm related to FDR. on the Delano side. All those early Puritans immigrating to the Connecticut River Valley and New York colonies first sailed to the Plymouth plantation where they could connect with pioneers familiar with Puritan settled places where certain skills were needed and farmland available.
I still say that anyone who could afford a cast iron cannon, could afford the cast iron solid shot to go with it. Stone quarried from an exotic location is the worst possible choice because of the labor and not on the minds of ships captains making a long perilous voyage. I suppose grape shot made from fired clay would be used in a signal gun, not any where near as time consuming as hand calibrated stone spheres.

  4. Those men a few hundred yrs ago were so smart! They would of made everything a distraction on that island that was not where they buried the treasure! So it an impossible task to figure out all the distractions to narrow it down to where the actual treasure was buried! But they came back for that treasure it hasn’t been there since several yrs after the initial hiding of the treasure!
Someone also said this treasure funded the new world I also believe that over anything else!

  5. You can hear in Rick's voice his patience can only get thinner when he says "I don't need another what is it." The search is aging him, I hope he finds what he's looking for. I can't imagine the weight of just having to tell everyone "Good job" "looks good" day after day for so long with no massive discovery.

  6. Maybe they do this and they just don’t show footage of this idea. I would have large teams of metal detectors combing the areas. It just seems a large portion of the treasure is found by Gary. Still enjoy the show.

  7. Who cares about another cannon ball. We know if the team has lidar technology we can find those so called the the original Money Pit. Only one metal detecting expert aint enuff. Need more teams more technology. I do believe near by islands are tied to oak island. Many have theories but oak island is only so big. This treasure has many people on this island. Way to many years ago. Why so many people came here. Are they leaving us a trail to no where or we just hoping to find something someone wanted us to find to something bigger. This shows is great but 10 years in and millions upon millions we must come to some closure. Time is moving forward. We had three spin off shows from this show what going on with those spinoffs. Got many questions.

  8. I have an idea.
Go to Europe museums test the copper and bronze tools or artifacts metallurgical tests to see if the copper was mined out of the old copper mines in Canada .
Maybe that link, will connect the dots to Europe and templers.
Just like the lead cross testing.
Also test the Roman sword that was found

  9. This was your family's life's quest you were given direction patience and wisdom for this purpose and the entertainment is palpable, good luck and hopefully your investment is worth success in all involved. The possibility of Christian Warrior's sacrifice is sacred.

  10. question, when you find wood, why dont you dig down to it and follow it and just get it over with? if it's full of water , at least you could lessen the flow, but I'm pretty sure it prolly goes where your looking for, I dont think there's a labyrinth of tunnels that lead to dead ends for no reason.
