  1. If we're going to have the what is a reversal argument it's good to note that more often than not people mean an invincible move that is suited to be used on wakeup when talking about reversals. Even though it goes against that which is written on infil's glossary. To support this idea you can look on the Dustloop pages for GGST or XRD Rev 2 (at least on Ky's page I haven't looked through every character page if there's any outliars) where under the character portrait is a section listing reversals in the context of invincible moves

  2. All this tells me is that we should not use pro-con tables in any case whatsoever, they are inherently subjective and even if you somehow make it objective, people will find a way to make up stuff and complain

  3. 33:45 Look at me ma

iirc Eika was playing a character I literally never played against or even read their wiki page so I was playing very passively (and died) to gather information. Calling someone a training dummy gotta be one of the better post match interactions I have seen tho lmao

  4. Great video. Guy that attempted to rewrite cons page here and I admit that it wasn't really quality when you look at it, might've completely rushed that one con at the end (the one about 214C, yes) that I completely forgot to consider strike and throw invuls despite seeing myself thrown out of the air plenty of times for doing that same exact thing. Hope someone better fixes that! (not me)
It's pretty funny (and sometimes saddening) how often personal biases, experiences end creeping into what is supposed to be an objective table for understanding characters, especially when admittedly the character is practically flawless. What ends up happening, more so when you happen to play that character, is that you end up trying to look for any bit of flaw (if any), to make it seem as bad as it is to look… And that's how downplaying happens. It's even worse when actual good info about the character gets scrubbed off for nonsensical downplay. Really this would've not happened if I had just admitted that there weren't any notable flaws or ones that can't be circumvented but it just happens.
