I heard bitrate mentioned around 12:00 mins into this, just wanted to note that I believe most streams on really all platforms are limited to 6k bitrate (ik that's 100% the case for Twitch), while videos can go much higher than that. I personally say that 1080p60 should need around 9-10k bitrate, 1440p60 12-18k, and 2160p60 (4k resolution) somewhere around 25-40k depending on the game n stuff
Decompression tubes in GTA need WAYYY more bitrate to handle (and, even with that, the compression still kills them haha)
