Mathis starts by saying the people who write these conspiracy other hidden world books could be great sci-fi/fantasy authors then ends with staying they are just sci-fi writers and they rip each other off. They wouldn't be good writers, they are hack writers who can't sell their stuff when it's fiction.
The government needs to retrieve the one known as the coordinate, who can melt the ice walls and trample the outer lands with the ice giants sealed within. 😂
But seriously: this land sounds like a cross between Attack on Titan, One Piece, and the Wizard of Oz. Great story potential.
To Jesse's question about looking through a telescope to look at Venus. Wouldnt the easiest solution for these people be that what youre seeing a a reflection of the different lands bouncing off of the grand dome?

While the UFOs and aliens episodes are still my favourite topic you guys cover, this was right up there. Crackpot conspiracy theories are so much more fun than actual verifiable reality. Serial killers are interesting to a degree but they are dull by comparison to the insane shit told by crazy people to try to convince even more crazy people to support them. More of this stuff, please, much more.
What if….
We’re inside a ring world type deal and the constellations we can see are lights from pyramid tops etc in other lands, hence why our pyramids align with ‘stars’ really it’s just two lots of pyramids that align sending energy between the two points, our world being a prison world had the stones removed otherwise we would have all our energy needs etc met

Make you'all and Dean NPCs to fill out the party like the old school adventure modules. You can do a modest KickStarter and then post the results after to Drive Through RPG and whatever. Literally nothing is stopping you.
What makes me happy about the government telling people "Aliens are real". All the conspiracy people are once again wrong on the whole idea of "if the people know! everyone will freak out and the world will end!" is just completely wrong. Not only is the world not ending, people generally just don't care. "Aliens?!?? Awesome! Still can't afford housing and food but cool, aliens"

Used to really enjoy this podcast. Then too much sociopolitical editorial nonsense started being injected into every episode for a while, intentionally or unintentionally, and it was easy to stop tuning in. This one was suggested and the title seemed to harken back to a time before the unwanted type of nonsense. Enjoyed the episode, fellas. Way to stay on track again.
