Idk when i was 13 i cheated in cs and at least for me there is no fun in cheating from the moment you turn 15, you have to be a weird person to really try and beat karlsen with cheating, thats madness. I know this is such an unreliable thing to say, but I am always suspicious of someone getting overly emotional and insulted about any accusation. Not something which is admissible in court though.
I think asking him to leave the company is a fair take if you personally can't work with him any longer. If all three agree that they can't condone his actions or make any new content with him now that they know how he behaved, that's understandable. He hurt people with this actions, he should face some consequences. He should really have stepped down before they even got a chance to force him out and taken responsibility for his actions.
Cutting him from past videos seems like its a bit overboard though. I understood when RoosterTeeth scrubbed Ryan from their old videos as best they could to distance themselves from his horrific crimes, but just cheating on someone seems like the sort of mistake that deserves at least some mercy or leniency. Removing his past work is quite a drastic reaction that I don't personally believe fits the crime.

Ludwig, Dream has been outed as a racist, ableist, and overall bigot multiple times. People have the full right to attack the content of his character be abuse he's shown that he is not a good person. Should people attack his appearance? Maybe, maybe not. I personally am under the belief that once someone shows that they're a vile human being, people are allowed to insult them.
I know Ludwig didn't mean any harm but in what fucking society do we live in where cheating is normalize? People who get exposed cheating on tiktok will immediately get condemned. Even if they don't why would it be ok in any situation to cheat on someone, let alone have it normalized?
