The Clint Eastwood movie clip was from "Play Misty For Me" which is a movie about a guy who gets tangled up with a clingy stalker.
Love the reaction and especially since not many have reviewed this gem. I was in my late teens when this dropped and got to see it in theaters. As people said, critics and audiences were looking for ‘Ace Ventura’ Carrey and weren’t ready for something darker. I got it from the jump and love that it’s gained traction post theater release on vid/dvd. To see, yet, another side of Carrey’s brilliance, you should review Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. It’s a masterpiece and my favorite Carrey flick.
