  1. I know this is a competition but you really cant put a time limit on butchering! Its a legit art form and takes incredible skill and discipline. Its so much harder than it looks because these are some of the best butchers there are making it look simple. I remember my first deer I butchered i was so intimidated and absolutely destroyed it even after watching a dozen videos on how to do it and watching one while doing it๐Ÿคฃ Really cool show

  2. As from a family that butchered on the sides of both parents, glad this is a complete episode.
    As a kid I went to get something out of a drawer and not realizing, I put my hand in, on the side the blades were facing and got sliced. That blade was so sharp, the slice so smooth, I felt nothing. Only saw the blood. I never forgot because those knife blades were so sharp and that slice was so smooth. I wasn't cut, I was sliced. Good thing it was superficial because the slice was so smooth.
    What a sharp, long blade can do, one slice, base to tip – crazy.

  3. The guy who runs his mouth is always taught a lesson from the judges. They become super critical and judge your our work based on your mouth and not your skill. I felt bad for Joeโ€ฆ. Next time maybe heโ€™ll keep his mouth closed and just compete!
