  1. Any introduced species should only be held or kept for education and research purposes, so things like the Everglades doesn't happen. Introducing anything new into an ecosystem can cause massive changes and effects. toad, cats, dogs, foxes, rabbits all animals in Australia that have been Introduced and now we can't have any non native animals as pets and even than only a few. unless you prove your intelligence on them and you can upgrade to more. It's sounds unfair but is very vital.

On another note. reptiles are completely missunderstood creatures and deserve to be loved and respected also, even though it has been proven that snakes don't attach and socialise to each other or humans , many people in the hobby today would disagree as we have all seen /witness to some level of trust and intelligence in our animals far greater than what has been explained in science before. Everyday is learning especially with animals and creatures alike.

  3. The thing that should be kept in mind is…Floridas habitat is pretty unique and the more human expansion into such an area, you’re going to have pushback. Man pushing nature, nature pushing man. Since we can’t take no for an answer, we will have our way but the wildlife won’t make it easy. And I cheer for the wildlife.
