  1. The first submarine to sink an enemy ship was actually during the American Civil War. The Hunley, which was built in Mobile Alabama for the US Confederate troops. The Hunley was in operation from 1863-1864.

  2. Should have been titled "The evolution of the submarine". This channel has good content, but their click-bait type titles that really never match the video have almost led me to unsubscribe. @Timeline, you don't need to do this; you've got a great thing going here!

  4. Soup marine. Naffy Gate. Yes, these ships had a weird start. Why not start destroying all your neighbors? Nuclear missiles will do the same, if that stupid new "cool war" might heat up. Ever thought about that? No, most people do not think about peace.

From the get go we are so arrogant on her to use her to attack each other rather than then in her under the wave which shaped earth long before us. What of the food now we must defend or parish. She is beautiful and even more powerful than yet we are to respond to her emotions as shore lines change. Time is not ungrateful so we all might live joyfully humbled when we sail with her as our very own. From this is my home. 7. Even as a kid in the late '70s and through the entire '80s, I knew when I was being sold to and avoided those cartoons. I've rarely watched GI Joe, etc. The animation was horrible. Zero love was involved with their creation.
