  1. Kristy Reed as you put it is a legend, he's been able to regain her life and have a life after what she suffered then yes you're right she is a legend to have survived and put the SOB who killed her sister in the chair.

  2. 315 right now calling it before he even says another word let me guess that this Wilkinson dude considering a little bit I know about what people in Australia tend to be called for last names this student might or maybe hes like I don't know Middle Eastern and European hybrid but this white supremacist is decided that that aint white enough And so that means he deserves the die

I hope I hate being racist myself by saying this but honestly I don't think that's a black last name I really hope I'm not proven wrong but III know a decent number of people in Australia and that's last name just is we too close to what I've heard for people that are rough like North African to South European descent kind of like that Turkish is really area but I couldn't migrate like 200 years ago when it was a different ethnic mixture and they've soaked like you know the movement of time is kind of resulted in Wilkinson sounding like a name That's a lot so much will a lot of others have heard from that ethnic groups also I'm experimenting with speech to text so sorry for spelling mistakes

  3. Just like the the USA keeps clinging on to the 2nd amendment to justify no regulations around guns, resulting in kids getting mowed down in school every other day, the court's initial overturning of the conviction based on the fifth amendment is IN-fucking-SANE to me.
The constitution was written centuries ago, I'm fairly sure the founding fathers didn't think about automatic weapons, or criminal cases involving DNA evidence and stupid criminals writing confessions after conviction.
I'm glad the offender is dead actually, even though I'm usually against the idea of the death penalty. What an absolute piece of garbage.

  4. Hey Simon, Danny, Jen, anyone who'd read this, have you ever heard of Ɖmile Louis? French pedocriminal, shitstain of the french shitstains.
I am not familiar with the details, but I guess that's why I try to request it from you ^^
Thanks for the great work, as always.
    Cheers from France šŸ™‚

  5. There are many crimes that are so appalling and inhumane that there is no result other than the 'death penalty' that will allow the family to properly grieve; but one immense hang up would stem from all the many cases of false convictions and innocent people being convicted… Could courtrooms prevent sending innocent people to prison, 100%?

  6. To quote the illustriously bearded Simon in a lot of these "STICK HIM IN THE CHAIR! STICK HIM IN THE CHAIR! STICK HIM IN THE CHAIR! STICK HIM IN THE CHAIR!"
    Also Jen deserves a raise.

  7. Did this video make anyone else incredibly angry?

Dark thought: Governments should sell tickets to let you beat the shot out of scum like this… I’d pay, happily, and I’m a pacifist! Well… to an extent I guess šŸ˜…

  8. I think the original verdict should have stood. He clearly planned these crimes to be one event. I don’t think the fact that he had to wait for Kristie to get home should make it a separate crime.

  9. 1: Yes, the SEALS are a bit of a boys club, but there are a few females now.

2: Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor can be anything from Facilitating Truancy, to Providing Tobacco, Drugs/Paraphernalia, Pornography, or Alcohol to someone not of age to purchase the items themselves

  10. I don’t know what jail he was in cause unless he was in one of them chomo jails wheres it’s all pedos in there, most inmates would fuck someone up for bragging about raping anyone especially a 14 year old virgin. That’s fucked up. Believe it or not there is honor amongst thieves. Rape and anything to do with kids would get an S.O.S.(Smash On Sight) put on you thru the whole jail. In any self-respecting jail anyway. I doubt he was in a chomo jail tho because he was a murderer but idk much about them chomo jails just about regular jail…. Oh and prison….. butt just regular prison not a like chomo prison. Fuk dat.

  11. This is broader than the Virginia law, but in most states that have the death penalty, it is usually used in the situations of "felony murder". This statute covers murders that occur during the commission of a felony (such as a rape, murder, or armed robbery) or as a result of the commission of that felony (such as a cashier having a heart attack because of the stress of a robbery and then dies later because of the heart attack).
