One of the biggest sins for me is quietly leaving in the middle of 4 man Easter egg after talking about how good they were at the map. Love the videos.
Going from FMV back to the comic book style of cutscenes at the end of bo4 is definitely a sin. I loved the comic book style cutscenes of BO2 but moving back to that style while also wrapping up the entirety of the storyline that we had invested so much time and energy into just felt like they didn't care.
Dude, your gonna be one of the greats when it comes too, 'zombies YouTubers'. GL man.
One of my many sins for zombies is,: that Jason Blundel, in all his wisdom and genius, decided to completely change the perk system for BO4, and introduced an entirely new perk system, that introduced a plethora of problems, that I'm sure everyone knows about.
The old system, admittedly needed a change. But instead of reworking the old perk system, And buffing perks, reworking some perks, or mabey even nerfing a few. Instead it was decided to completely flip the system on its head, and scare the casuals. And my humble opinion, be 90% of why black ops 4 zombies failed.
But I still love Classified, and Tag Der Toten
hahah nice vid man! thanks for bringing light to our mustang and sally situation, we need those boys back
I didn’t get the idea of what such a sin means, oops. Here’s my biggest sin: cold war 😡
Damn must have missed this post I would’ve put taking traditional perks out of BO4 like Jug and Double Tap
Biggest sin in my friend group is being the first to die in a match (first one to die SUCKS as a joke lol)
Also another sin picking up the Olympia
4:32 dw im British i can translate
Knob = asshole
4:32 dw im British I can translate
Knob = prick
No my friend he doesn’t mean noob 🤣🤣
Pack a punching the smr is like starting with q-tips for ammo and “upgrading” to toothpicks.
I'll always respect them putting phd in Die Rise. It's hilarious
Biggest sin is taking the waw-bo3 perk, starting gun and point system and changing it. Replayability dies. No points maxing, weak guns lost all reason to exist. Perk choice means a ton less. BO4 still had crutch perks. CW let's you get all perks. Honestly the only change should've been the perk limit. Make it 6 maybe.
Biggest sin in cod zombies is how they left out moon in revelations. One of the biggest story beats in the whole franchise and one of the biggest influences on future maps but they left it out of the map that was supposed to be a love letter to zombies.
Wait… were you using the Olympia in the first sin? That's a W right there.
Algorithm blessed me with your video. Subbed and can’t wait for you to blow up
It took me almost a full decade for me to get into SOE. Now that I actually know the map it’s up there in my top 5
One of the biggest sins is the BO4 spawn system, the game would be 10X more playable if zombies weren’t constantly spawning in front of you (best example is going up the gondola mid-round on Blood).
im fine with the coldwar system when it comes to weapons but it wouldve been better if u couldnt add attachments and when u would pap it would have attachments u gave it and for the classic mustang and sally’s it doesnt matter what u do to the m1911 as long as u would pack a punch it, it would act the same way. and id say the jason blundel era of treyarch was the best with bo3 and 4
I played cod zombies from waw to black ops cold war I left the game just after firebase z dropped I did the ee solo and did the boss fight. It was super disappointing. Yes I followed the mrroflwaffles guide and took what he recommended to get it done smoothly. But I melted the boss In less than 2 minutes. It just wasn't the zombies I literally grew up with.
I got a few sins, staminup not being in die rise despite being the map where you jump the most in. Perkaholic existing causing a huge ripple effect causing cold war to be so easy. BO4 not having the tranzit map (according to the leaks). And Treyarch revamping tombstone in the form of whos who just to use it in one map
The biggest zombies sin is not being appreciative. we always want more and BO3 2.0. So a game like BO4 and any new zombies game got dunked on by the community. Which gives the devs less motivation, ofc you have critique and boycotting, but BO4 did not get any compliments it just got boycotted by the communities of big youtubers.
Biggest sin Cold War zombies to be more exact the systems they added to round based cold War zombies weapon rarity, Armor, score streaks, the entire salvage system, craftable equipment that has infinite damage, loadouts, and the one stop shop system for wonder fizz ( being able to buy all 10 perks in 2 seconds removes any of the stress of going down part of the getting set up was having to go to areas to get the perks back and sometimes they were in shitty spots and were risky mid round now its pop a aether shroud 2 seconds your all good) there ain't even a purpose of going to the machines all that work to redesign them and make them look dope after just to make them obsolete. These features work amazingly in outbreak, but round based, there needs to be a feature to disable them)
I loved the chaos story i thought it was insane and the lore ran deep and the next map was supposed to be library of Alexandria which was ode hyped
Fun story about the SMR: One time me and some friends were running split screen on town, and I got the SMR from the box. It had been a minute since I played so I forgot how bad it was. My friends said the gun was bad, and I was like “I should use it anyways.” They respond “No balls.” Well can’t go back from that. Then when they saw I was serious and started killing zombies they realized their mistake and essentially had to talk me down from using it
10:14 the last zombies game I played was bo3, bught bo4 it was trash and didn't play it and ironically I still play bo3 instead of the newer games
Bo4 is the best zombies game ever.
Sin for me was outbreak Cold War was fine in my opinion and I had decent hope for it when the first trailer dropped especially after the ending we got in bo4 I wanted to see what the story would lead next so when I heard about this new game mode I was excited until it released and it was fine but I noticed at the time the devs where putting a suspicious amount of effort in it I believe they released outbreak maps faster then round based and the reason I hate this is that I believe the devs just said this is easier to produce instead of making original maps let’s just do this for now on instead and if look at every outbreak map its just a copy pasted with just zombies sprinkled on top and I feel as if this will become the new norm and maybe I’m wrong but honestly with mw3 zombies I refuse to buy it and even less to even see what there making as it doesn’t have anything truly interesting
4:30 knob is British slang for a dick. The more you know 😂
Not to be that guy but knob is British slang for dick. Otherwise great video man
Operators I genuinely feel could be reworked into a decent system. Give us 4 main characters that you choose between (or get randomly assigned) if you don't own any operators, they'd have unique voice lines that tie into the story as a whole as well as unique lines about the story of the map you're on. Then, for people who own operators, they can choose them instead and it'd work just like operators now do. I always thought it was kinda weird when people complained about Samantha being an operator playable on maps like Firebase Z when it clearly isn't intended to be canon. Like the whimsical gums from BO3 weren't also just there for the fun of it?
At the end of the day though, Activision will be Activision, and the idea of consumer-friendly practices (or developer-friendly practices for that matter) remains foreign to them.
I wont ever forgive them fpr teasing phd so much in bo2 and then putting it only in MOTD grief where theres no jug and origins where theres no m1911
I think the main issue with the aether story right now is it takes itself too seriously and just hands you the lore. We don't need long dramatic cutscenes to tell us lore. Give to us indirectly and we'll piece it together. Another sin I think is the use of the MW engine. Seeing zombies health, and just the way everything looks makes it feel like every other COD
Having the most amount of points and not buying first door
i liked how cold war played but some of the design elements were just 🤮
Sin #1: BO4's existence
A little clarification for the no Mustang and Sall in Cold War: (From last I remember) you need the dual wield attachment for the 1911 to get the Mustang and Sally
I think he meant knob…
Knob is what he meant. It's british slang, essentially calling them an idiot
There's more differences between the 1911 and the M1911 then the M in the name lmao
The thing about operators in zombies has such an easy fix too, which makes it so much worse for me
Make a set cast as the “canon crew” for doing easter eggs, maybe force the player to have to play as them the first time doing the easter egg, and then having optional selectable operators for those who wanna play as whoever they want, and make it to where they have to beat the easter egg to play as those operators or something while still keeping the original set crew available
i hate how on bo3 no one knows the best way of getting points between rounds 1 and 4
(mr6 or 1911 pistols)
round 1: 4 shots, knife
round 2: 8 shots, knife
round 3/4: rk5 single burst, knife
Community Sins:
-Calling older maps boring because “there’s nothing to do”
-Misinformation
Dev Sins:
-Sam never shutting up on Origins
-Die Rise slide randomly killing you
-Retconning Nikolai’s wives
Player Sins:
-Spamming megas in pubs
-Leaving a game for almost any reason
My biggest sin is that i don't like Shangri-la, i say its a bad map but i know objectively the community likes it
I think the biggest sin in CoD Zombies is missing guns. I'm sure not many will have ever noticed this but you can't get an AK, Skorpion, Mac 11, PSG1 etc on Black Ops 1.
Black Ops 2 you can't get the Swat556, MK48, MP7, MSMC and more at all. Other guns like the Peacekeeper, AN94, LSAT only appear in DLC maps… like what gives? Even all the way upto BO3 you cannot get the PO6 in zombies whatsoever.
For WaW sure I get it, it was a tacked on mode and memory issues caused there to be a limited selection but damn, all the way upto BO3?
Maybe unpopular opinion but I’m glad they left the chaos story right where it started in that trainwreck that was Black Ops 4 zombies
