  1. The Heroes sports bar has not been connecting to a signal and they're still near land. Plus, 6 chairs at the sports bar is going to create some interesting confrontations when football season starts.

  2. It sounds like these ships they transferred from Costa to Carnival are more suited for sailing to Alaska and New England/Canada (due to the lack of sun lounging space). I wonder why they didn't transfer them to Princess, P & O, or Holland America instead?

  3. DEREK, I don't understand the confusion people are having about the ship. I GOT THE MEMO. As soon as Carnival's announcement came out that this would be Carnival, Italian Style, that bell 🔔 should have been ringing. They SHOULD have looked at the ship's deck plans to see the differences compared to the Carnival ship's. If anyone expected the ship's to look exactly the same, obviously, they weren't listening either. It's easy to make changes or enhancements to menus, but doing a MAJOR reconstruction project in a matter of weeks just doesn't fly or sail

  4. I love it. I feel like the lido is a meeting space/resting stop/ highway area of the ship. Express way if you will.

The party is usually at the atrium by the guest services bar and theatre and clubs and piano bar gives a city “downtown” vibe.
