There's quite a lot of flint, and loads of trees (young and mature) and boulders right outside the gates of Monarchs.
I still doubt alot of people are gonna farm these. Doing actual quests for people seems the best route for making money to me.
If you use the drop down menu in the top right of the trading post, you can see the prices for all locations, not just the one you're at. Prices also depend on the server
Man I hope the devs put a cap on how much you can charge on the open market for hot items. This killed diablo 2 or 3's market for weapons and armor. People charging 145mil. Gold for a Botd's
As others have noted it depends on the server. And while community board chores were THE way to level in the alphas and the first beta, they're a poor choice now compared to elite zones as you covered in your own video yesterday where you can build your weapon skills and your character experience. This is just the first act in this play, after all. New World is, at its heart, a PvP game and you want weapon options most of all, in my view.
