  1. Because I am a smart ass, what day is first Friday on? Thanks I am here all week. FYI, just ribbing you a little. Hope you smiled. Be well and thanks for the video.

  2. The only kind of entertainment that I crave when I visit LV is playing high limit video poker at the old Bally's (now Horseshoe). I'll drop $5K in the machine to begin having a great time. My executive host always treats me with the biggest suite with welcoming food and treat trays in my room when I arrive. He always knows what I like and provides whatever I want. I'll be back there again soon after I make my move to Pahrump. I'll then be in touch with you to buy a few rental properties in the area. Might prove to be fruitful for both of us : )

  3. I watched a couple of your videos on AirBNB's. So many rules. The whole idea makes me really nervous. I don't want to get into something and find out it's just another liability. If I were to do it, it would most likely be a cash purchase. I would prefer that it's on the strip, although if for some reason it wasn't profitable, I wouldn't be particularly pleased with having to pay the ongoing HOA fees. I thought I had heard at some point in the past that you can buy rooms in some of the hotels as condos and then hand it back over to the hotel to rent out as if it's theirs. Does that sound right? If so, I would like to know what that looks like. I have plenty of money to invest, but it must be profitable.
