My hubby makes the best lasagna in my book. Yours sounds delicious, too.
Looks delicious. My aunt brought some over on Sunday. She used bison meat.
I’m with you. I peel my celery no matter if it’s for a meal or a snack I can’t handle the strings. My husband thinks I love my peeler too much. It’s -20 with the wind today so I’m just a little envious you are in shorts.
I am concerned by how frequently you use the wrong word or can't think of a word. Have you considered seeing a doctor? Might be a sign of a serious problem.
This looks delicious love a good Lasagna please pray for me and my family on the loss of my mom we laid her to rest on Monday still can’t believe shes gone 😢😢💔💔🙏🏾❤️
hi Amber. good recipe you picked to make on youtube. I am a big pasta fan. maybe make in the new year pasta fagioli.
I saw that on youtube before. thanks. I always enjoy your videos.
That's how i do my celery too! You are not weird!! Maybe we both are!😉
I think it is called Christmas Eve Lasagna because it has red and green sauces in it! Lol😉It does look delicious! I will be giving this one a try!
Not weird! I have always stringed my celery. My mother did, too.
I actually peel my celery because I hate the strings, too
cool
The 12 hour's in the fridge also helps soften the noodles for baking
😷💚
Good night Amber and thank you for sharing your yummy meals ❤
Superb
That looks so good! I have a dumb question though, if I use a smaller pan like a 9×9 would I still cook it for 60 minutes?
This looks absolutely delicious! Thank you so much Amber! Merry Christmas to you and your family. God bless you❤❤❤❤❤❤❤😊😊😊😊
Looks delicious
Oh my gosh, I'm a fellow celery de-stringer. My mother-in-law showed me the same tip you shared. That is one beautiful lasagna! I know it tasted delicious, thanks for sharing Amber.
❤🙏🏻
I watch this other cook and she uses a knife to take out the strings. I’ve never done that before but I do now. Breaking the celery apart is much faster.
Awesome video, thanks Amber ❤❤❤❤
I think the celery strings are a little bitter. I can almost smell this cooking. I can make this for Christmas day. Put it together Christmas Eve and bake it next day. SUPER! I love how you review your dishes and the amazing verse at the end.
I don't like the stringy part of the celery either.
I love celery, strings and all. This, however, is what my brother refers to as: “nature’s dental floss” lol
He’s not wrong but I love it any way I can get it 😂😊❤
Looks delicious! Being Italian Christmas Eve is always seven fishes. Because there is only two of us, I usually make a cioppino, however, if my son is here then lasagna is definitely on the menu!😂
Sofrito is garlic, onion culantro and perrers…….Mira-poix is carrots, onions and celery…….Interesting recipe but you always do interesting stuff………………. 🙂 Julianna
Not weird! I spend all the time I need to get rid of celery strings AND spinach stems. Can’t stand unnecessary strings in my mouth and just recently read that cutting the stems off can improve the taste of spinach if you sometimes experience an unpleasant taste. Just adding that so I won’t get yelled out for taking out spinach stems!❤
