  1. I prefer "vanilla" doomstack.
Not because mods are bad or anything – play however you like. But what I really like are the ideas, the ingeniousness of the players who build the doomstack, whichever it is.

  2. honestly i doubt anyone would put extreme effort of farming traits normally. from my view i play casual and i play to dominate game, not chase after specific lords to beat. seeing stacks without effort for some reason turns my interest of video off so i prefer ones with hard work

  3. if you're taking votes on this, mine is for what is possible to achieve within the game's bounds. that is to say without trait manager. at the same time it would be interesting to see the same setup first without the trait manager and after with it.

  4. Yo legend i know you hate the Tierlist Videos…but can you make video about traits and items ? (doesnt have to be a Tierlist). Also i think people left the channel because of the number of streams while the game itself was lacking content (and still does)

  5. I don't mind the occasional cheaty one man doomstack using the mod, it is interesting to me to see what the upper limit is under ideal circumstances. That being said, I'd get bored of that super quickly and would prefer the bulk of the one man doomstacks to be legit. The legit one man doomstacks give me fun ideas for my own campaigns, which make them far more interesting to watch in my opinion

  6. I don't mind either type of one-man doomstack. One shows the true potential of a single lord, while the other shows what most people playing will likely get when trying to beef up their faction leader.

That said, I'd rather have both types in different categories. Since I like to see the true potential of LL's, I am never going to get them in my campaigns as it's too much effort to create them without a trait manager.

  7. I probably won't put the time in for a one man doomstack to be sent in, but if I did I'd probably send in a non trait edited copy and a trait edited copy so the "full" potential of it could be seen

  8. Most of us will think it's GOOD. This channel was all about practicality of Warhammer and how to reach such heights by just playing. I would dare say most of us just want to emulate what other people do. Legend has taught us a lot, but we don't mind learning from others, just don't cheat flat out!

  9. In principle I really don't mind seeing people use the trait farmer, I just think with WH3's AI being so much dumber and scaling so much less in terms of the number/strength of the enemies late game armies, it does feel kind of overkill at the same time.

I kind of feel that the one man doomstacks in WH3 are also a bit less diverse then in 2. Like I felt Malus, Teclis, Deathmaster, Malagore and Durthu for example all present different strengths, weaknesses and playstyles that define them as a one man doomstack, and it's fun/interesting seeing how they differ. I feel all the one man's that we've been seeing lately are either someone on foot, abusing the AI blob, or a flying unti who plays really slow to chip away the enemy's threats. Just a lack of diversity I guess. 🙂

  10. Personally much prefer these achievable and reasonable doomstacks. The trait-managed ones are funny, but a bit stale as everything turns into a 1-man Doomstack whereas seeing whats practical makes it much more interesting.

Cheers for all the effort and time spent on these Legend.

  11. I appreciate content like this. It gives more hope that we, gamers, can get it xD
overcheating OMDS really hurts the eye. Yes its damn good but not everyone plays like that. Sticking to vanilla and maybe, just maybe, at times have a bit of cheat is okay. a little cheese is fine. Great content and thanks to the one who submits this. Imrik is my 1st HE LL. Only strengthens my faith in the Prince of Caledor.

  12. Hey I appreciate you looking at my imrik doomstack! im still new to the whole doomstack thing and i just decided to try it out mid campaign when i was watching your videos, i did not intend this to be a one man doomstack i was just playing a normal campaign so i did lose out on a lot of good traits that are now extinct in that campagin but i decided to try it anyway and he was still strong, i appreciate the advice and maybe in the future i will dedicate a whole campaign just to get him up to his max strength and give him an ultimate challenge, but thanks again for looking at it keep up the good work!

  13. Honestly regardless of what type of doomstack you showcase I'll be watching how you break it down and utilize it rather than be too worried about its legitimacy. I'd imagine certain interesting combos may only exist if they cheat.

  14. I also prefer the imperfect doom stacks rather than the cheat ones. The former ones are an inspiration for what you might create, the other ones pretty useless and samey IMHO.
