Agree with the other commenter that you should file a lost item claim.
Although if you've made one before, I've seen responses from jagex which basically said "You've already had one lost item claim on this account, that's all you get"
On the plus side, assuming the lost item claim succeeds, you will finally have your Arcane!

This is why it triggers me when people who get a drop don't pick it up straight away. They run up to it, say "Rhksjehhwkjrnsirks7u47hrbnsjh", take 17 screenshots", contemplate their life and everything that led up to this moment before finally picking it up. You could d/c at any moment. Pick up the drop as soon as you can. Sorry about your Arcane though, that sucks.
Im sorry bud, this is a perfect example of why not to play runescape. It took you 2600 kills! To get a item worth 600m max? Do you know how much time it takes to kill 2600??? Why would anyone consume that much time into getting a item that is worth pennies. The amount of time put into this game is not worth the reward. Disagree with what i am saying, look at the volume of players playing the game. Great content for sure, great content creator. Kudos to you and your hard work and resiliency.
