As mainly a paper player and plays Arena just for giggles im fortunate to have a big group and friends and have amazing parties where we watch sports and play magic. Ima tell you right now if you play Narset the whole table targets you and you dying first. IF ARENA has this Narset i need my Urza Lord Artificer NOW

35:33 If you're just trying to hit Time Walk you'll get better odds if you play the Oracle so long as your deck is less than 1/9 extra turn cards, and you'll get worse odds if it's already more than 1/9 extra turn cards.

You put so many creatures
I'm convinced CGB is a James Woods character, like Hades or Owlman.
Boots out, put in footfall crater saves you one mana compared to boots since you are only using it to give narset haste. Plus it can be cycled if you don't need it.
Narset is my longest lasting commander deck, having been improved and streamlined for over 8 years. So happy that we finally have her on arena

How do you unlock historic brawl mines isn’t showing up
Watched the intro, as always. Also, I gotta say I live for the brawl content. I religiously watch your standard stuff so I can learn, but the brawl vids are like candy I can't get enough. I think it's because the wildcard barrier for entry looks so high, I don't want to try, so instead I just absorb the brawl format vicariously through you. It's obvious from these vids how much fun it is.
I miss you explaining cards and completing ideas/going over choices in deck building. Even though I am familiar with the commander and the type of style you are going for, it is nice to hear it on other things as well. You have come a long way from where you started and it is noticed 🙂

So i'd ask for esper control Queza augur, but you've done him a year ago and idk if you count that, even tho there are a lot of new cards now, so instead grolnok bc selfmill go brrrr and rashmi simic control yk those 'good old days' of nightpack ambusher and that sort of thing 😉
I cannot count the games anymore where your opponents play so bad that you can still win (like first game). Probably your opponents are intimidated by your name alone by now :)…
Does someone know the MUST have cards in the mythic rare/ rare slot? I'm trying to build a semi-budget-friendly version of this… Like all the shock lands rares are essential or just a optimizing flex?

Opponent could have actually killed you with Etali when you used Teferi’s protection. Teferi’s protection just prevents life total change, it doesn’t prevent damage. Had he transformed and swung, you would have gained the 11 poison counters from etali dealing 11 damage.
In the days before Modern Horizons my competitive deck of choice was Narset Reanimator; T1 pitch Narset to yard, T2 bring her back for a turn with Goryo's Vengeance and swing. Hit an extra attack spell or two, and just keep on attacking.
Anytime I see her getting some love, it's an easy Like.
I'd love to see your take on Anafenza, personally. I've always liked Abzan as a color combo, but Arena has barely any options for it and Anafenza seems like a cool take on the colors, even if it's probably not a super powerful deck

I was hoping to see a revamped jeskai deck for the current standard. And this is halfway there so I’ll take it as a win!
Well that was fun!
God, I matched against this list while playing Aclazotz and had the worst time imaginable. Thought I had the game one. Opponent had no cards in hand and a low life total. But they had boots OTB and victory was nigh impossible because of hexproof and was being given pro. black from another artifact on top. Infuriating! Ah well. Can't win 'em all.

Very strong but very cumbersome, it takes a degree to play it doesn't seem fun to me
Giving this thing first strike was wholly unnecessary. I wish they'd nerf this thing. Basically requires a board wipe if you're not running counter spells. But if they run cavern then I guess you're just SOL.
The game against Zurgo and Ojutai was one of the only games on CGB's channel that I actually wanted the opponent to win, right from the start 😅
It's just that Zurgo and Ojutai is one of my favourite cards and whenever I see it I always root for the player using it 😁
