  1. There’s a lot of IG shoe makers that commission incredible stuff. This is the YouTube generation that learned things at home, we’ll be seeing more of them. Hope it’s a wake up call for Nike

  2. I'm Chinese and we're pretty self aware of the boot leg/fake sneakers. or any product for that matter, just about any popular clothing brands be it clothes or shoes and electronics wll have a fake version. in fact we have a joke: how do you tell the difference between a fake and a real LV bag? the fake one will last longer

  3. That’s Nike’s major downfall. They don’t do their classic OG colorways justice by using higher end materials. They keep using that wishy-washy faux leather knowing people will just eat it up based on cultural value.

Also, with every major American corporation manufacturing in China for the last 20 years or so, you can bet the Chinese have become experts at reverse engineering and remaking these products to the exact same standards.

  4. Honestly 8:17 is really sad and shows how much the brand actually cares about the fans. This shoe is insane we’ll made. I wish Jordan brand would this just once all I want is just one release like this, but they refuse.

  5. This is what happens when you lean on the name/legacy too much. I think JB has a real problem on their hands. People are getting better and better at this and people, now more than ever, are willing to go the UA/replica route to get what they really want. It’s looking like these types of products are going to be around for a while and they are will be successful until JB/ Nike makes a change.

  6. Glad you reviewed these and gave VRL his due respect. However, it's the consumer in you that considers these "fake" simply because they don't come from a retailer that was approved by Nike. You can't call it a bespoke custom and in the next breath call it a fake. It's one or the other because bespoke/custom is not the same as fake. There's official, custom/bespoke and fake/replica. These are custom/bespoke. Furthermore, Nike is really inconsistent in their quality and have gotten especially sloppy over the last 10 or so years. We're at a time where UAs are, in most cases, 1:1 with what you get from Nike and bespoke/customs have surpassed the quality that we get from Nike.

  7. Love this video I am so sick of this Current Shoe game. I am an 50 years old guy who has been into shoes since I was in HS. I have a decent collection of about 200 shoes. I wish my favorites were easily obtainable. PREORDER FIXES EVERYTHING! YOU pay for them you get them, I would wait for them.

  8. Yes, Jordan brand could make these. But you know why they don't? Because if they do, there would be no reason to buy anymore in the future, since you already have the best version. That's why all of their products have something off, because if they give you the perfect product, there would be no reason for you to buy anything else. And just like everything else in life, unfortunately, it's all about the money.
