The absolute perfect build up, utter horror level darkness, those monstrous footsteps getting louder towards you, then Batman just bleeds out of the dark like a grim reaper as the music hits. Goosebumps! Then these dumb punks just laugh him off but we the audience know what is going to happen as Batman just keeps approaching! In the sequel they should do something similar but now show the criminals just in utter terror and try to run.

I guess this isn’t going to end with them shaking hands and apologizing with them. I like Christian Batman. He reasons with you and if all else fails he’ll throw a bible at you.

I wish The joker movie and the Batman movie had a connection and then expand the story more with the dc world but not the bad plot movies like justice league like why is doomsday the first justice league villain so bad plot and I know fans know what I’m talkin about that’s like having the first mcu movie Ironman go against thanos 😐 then wonder women two where they killed cheetah which was the worst mistake they made we could’ve had the league of doom but they messed that up the only way they can fix all of this mess is to make the same actor that played the flash on justice league to make a flash point like the animated series did and maybe it will all be fixed

I was one of the ones who worried he wouldn’t be a good Batman. I just couldn’t see it. I can say with confidence that he is my favorite movie Batman of all time. I cannot wait to see the sequel and him deliver more incredible moments.

Really made Batman feel supernatural in this scene. Definitely how he should feel since he uses fear against his enemies, he can’t just be another costumed hero with his underwear over his pants and grey spandex

Awesome movie.
Sneaking Batman is terrifying, using the fear of the unknown. But Batman wearing heavy boots to warn criminals of his presence is so very intimidating and scary.
It wasn't until watching the second time that I realized the opening POV was The Riddler observing the Mayor playing with his son.

9:47 what makes this scene so scary is the fact that these goons think he’s just some guy in a costume for halloween trying to play hero so they start laughing but then the camera locks in on his heavy boots 9:56 indicating to the audience that he’s the real deal and that they all are about to get seriously injured because of their ignorance that they can’t see a dangerous man right in front of them

The only thing I didn’t like about this was they made him way to much of a tank with low damage abilities. If Batman smashes your face multiple times face should be smashed
its just my opinion, this movie was so boring and it is a joke compared to nolan trilogy
That light in the sky speech is just so cool, it's definitely my favorite part, my favorite part about batman was always his detective skills and his ability to use fear, and that's never given much attention but man that part where the criminals stare into the darkness afraid to go near it because the Batman might be there is just… Perfect
Finally, a Batman for adults. Hope there's a second and third one.
