New Weapons Channel, today we take a look at the full-scale tests of the 9M333 Strela surface-to-air guided missile for the Arrow 10M air defense system, which were successfully completed by Concern Kalashnikov. The tests were conducted in darkness and at night. The missile successfully hit several targets, and as a result serial production of the missile for the Russian Federation Ministry of Defense has begun. The firing took place at the Donguz firing range in the Orenburg region. The 9M333 missile operates on the shot-forget principle, finds and destroys a designated target by itself.
