I take a short look at the big changes in the much anticipated Balance Dataslate from Games Workshop. This makes some pretty sweeping changes across the board, boosting a wide range of factions as well as bringing those absolutely crushing the competitive meta a bit more in line (we hope!). The Repentia don't benefit from Armour of Contempt. Even though they have the keyword they have a Sv characteristic of 7 and a 6 invuln, even in cover they see no benefit from Armour of Contempt
Also Sacresant Shields don't have the +1 to armour saves rule unlike Storm, Relic and Combat shields,
have you calculated how big is the nerf of montka AP combined with the Armor of contempt ? I feel everybody does underestimate the impact on t'au lethality !
