hey guys ! truth stranger than fiction , parts of the story could certainly be true , but specifics may not be accurate ..like wanting to bench rodgers at the most incomprehensible time .
This Joe Douglas hit piece really ruins those incompetent individuals that said Rodgers was the GM and firing everyone. No… This is and always is the Woody Johnsons Show. Nothing will change unfortunately until he sells the team but as we know isn't happening.
Can you consider these stories "hit pieces" when the team is perpetual ass? I feel like hit pieces are intended for people or companies that are gaining momentum and the people who are writing the piece is trying to derail the momentum. At these point the stories should be called "plausible negative stories"
Where’s your stance on starting Tyrod for the rest of the season ? Not because of play, but is there some sort of financial injury risk related to Rodgers contract? Similar to that of Daniel jones which is why he’s the fourth string
Woody seems to be the only one with balls and not afraid to hurt feelings,As much as we hate him. Saleh, brich and doiglas are soft as hell and never held anyone accountable and you know it.
As I been saying forever. Hymie is the problem. All you guys think… put a new GM in. Yea! That's it, celebrate! BUT, nothing will change. JD was good… the next GM can be good… but nothing will change with Hymie, Woody and Ira, who I actually forgot about, in charge. Hymie and Ira are decision makers with and for incompetent Woody. As they have been for 20+ years. That is the dysfunction. Business first. Their pockets first. All Jets content creators should band together and put the spotlight on Ira and Hymie… that is the only way to get them removed. You guys have that power.
Definitely should have kept Sam Darnold. Bring in Rex for interview. Jets fan since 1965 //70 yrs old. Very frustrating. I bleed green and white. 🤷♂️🏈.
NFL brass went to Woody about Rodgers. Woody promised them that when they get Rodgers, they would be in the Super Bowl hunt. The NFL gave the Jets, Hard Knocks, too many night games, the whole spotlight. Rodgers was able to push off and wait until 2024 to start. He's not as advertised. Woody lost it and just took over. It's all because of Rodgers even if he didn't mean to be the player he is now. The organization is protecting Rodgers legacy rather than do what's right for the team. No accountability.
Joe D gets no benefit of the doubt over Zach Wilson. The most obvious decision in the history of the draft was to trade that 2nd overall pick. I don't care how many other GMs would have also drafted him. That's irrelevant. It was an obviously bad decision, at the time.
Everything I have read since, seems to show he was concerned about Rodger's health. Choosing Williams and Smith based on internet trash would be crazy, if it is true. Trading for Judy would have been crazy money. If that is true, then what was Douglas thinking?
the reason Sam is playing well in Min. is they have a line, we do not. We need to straighten out the line, for one freaking year! Please! As for Douglas, he was drafting well, I do not think they should have gotten rid of him.
Matt O’Leary always has the worst takes
Time for new owner

So bad dude. This wouldn’t even make a good sports movie
Gotta break out the good old crop duster again. And fly a “sell the team WOODY!” banner over Jones Beach next summer.
You can't factor anything when the owner is this incompetent. I don't buy this narrative that this article is biased. Woody IS that stupid.
If Woody had any brains he would have wanted Clemons benched but that would be too intelligent for Woody

Weekly*
My prediction is rodgers ruins y'all's draft stock on the out… then has a wild card exit with someone else next year 😂.
Go Jets

Benching Rodgers was a suggestion to get him healthy
Hes running the team and has been for years.
And they'll always be awful with him running the team.
Also the twitter stuff is because his son brick is "more involved than you might think" per cimini

Yall really believe anything
Why aren't you guys talking to Woody on X? He may listen according to reports.

What we need: JESUS IS THE WAY THE TRUTH AND THE LIFE AND NO ONE COMES TO THE FATHER EXCEPT THROUGH HIM!!! REPENT AND FOLLOW CHRIST JESUS
I like the opening comment you made Buffalo Man. Saying you are guessing, like the rest of us, was stand up stuff.
