  22. I lived in Burlington, Iowa during my Wonder Bread years, and I am concerned that the dentist in that beautiful town is the reason that I fear dentists and the reason is, I believe was the name of said dentist, and the name was Dr. Tootheacher.

  23. I have a theory:
    The tooth monster in the beginning is actually a tooth fairy wo finished her theoretical part of her course, but not practical yet. She treasures the boy because he was her first customer. She's not a monster, she's an entrepreneur.

    ALSO

    I'm going to my dentist tomorrow to remove one of my wisdom teeth.
