The comments he made about Brandon strongly indicate the option has been picked up. It was clear the official public statement will be made Monday. You could be over reaching with your opinion. He's not getting traded.
I disagree that they are not giving trey a chance. Hes getting a "chance" they are not giving him the team like they did last year. The 49ers are clearly telling Trey. You need to step up, this is your last year to prove something.
