My fingers are crossed that Galaxy Quest is in the top 20 because its a classic
The fifth element and total recall aren’t on this list
lol interstellar isn’t even on here this list is lame 🤣🤣 “best sc-if movies to ever come out” and doesn’t even include the best one 🤣🤣
63 Tank Girl a Perennial Gen X Cult Classic Up there with most 1990's Films and TV Shows which got destroyed by Critics and was a Box Office dud and was later appreciated by most audiences by the early 2010's
Back to the Future is the GOAT of Sci-Fi
Wait where are some of the Iron men??
The David Lynch Dune should be in there.
Fantastic movies! ET,Jurassic Park,Back to the Future,Terminator,Terminator 2,Aliiens,Odyssay,Alien. Deserving number 1. Perfect! Signing off
11:32 I was scared of this movie at the kid(the alien)
Hold up, where's The Abyss (1989)?
I remember watching starship troopers and my mom shutting it off cause of mild nudity lol. What about all that other crazy effin stuff we saw.
Whuut? No Star Man? Children of Men #2??😮
Can I add in Transformers One as one of the best sci-fi movies of all time?
Half the movies on the list are considered fantasy not sci-fi. SMH. And they left out so many classics. Horrible list.
Lmao how you gonna have a list of sci fi movies. And interstellar isn’t in the top 2. Let alone on the list at all. This List is ASSSSS. But then again. This whole channel LOOPER is assssss
Atrocious list. You still have time to delete this video
I feel like people forget how groundbreaking The Matrix was. A dystopic future, virtual world, superhero, philosophy, questioning reality, action, groundbreaking special effects, futuristic ships, etc.
Invasion of the body Snatchers.
Distric 9
Children of Men was a great movie but Higher than The Matrix, Star Wars, Jurassic Park and Terminator 2! 😒 I think not!
IDK, but to me any list that doesn’t have Krubic 2001 as first…….well
The Lobster, Looper, Forbidden Planet, The Day the Earth Caught Fire; and maybe the purest science fiction film of all, Never let me Go
Edge tomorrow is excellent sci-fi action.
The Day the Earth Stood Still and Planet of the Vampires are suspiciously absent
Gravity, the most beautiful movie ever made in my opinion, Interstellar, The Martian, Cloverfield, 10 Cloverfield Lane, A Quiet Place, Midnight Special all belong here too.
What does it say about me that I actually know all the movies? Sadly, I didn't find one that I haven't watched already. Twice.
I'm curious how looper decides to rank these movies cuz some should not be higher than others. It seems like the staff at looper puts the titles in a hat and pulls them out randomly.
No Predator ? wao 🙁
why not predator
I thought this list was bad when I saw Videodrome ahead of THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK! But Children of Men over STAR WARS and 2001.
This is not a serious list.
You guys shouldn’t do videos like this. You’re not very good at it.
No Moon???
Poor Sam Rockwell…
Not a good list. Missing quite a bit
I love what you do
What do you think is the best sci-fi movie of all time?
You only had one Star Trek movie. Really?! You had 2001 A Space Odyssey but not Star Trek The Motion Picture. I put both of them in the same category. Both are really really good but can be considered boring. What about Star Trek The Undiscovered Country now that was a really great movie and deserved to be on the list. Or Star Trek The Voyage Home. Everyone seems to love the whale movie!!! What about Star Trek First Contact? That was really, really good. The Wrath of Khan should have been higher on your list, but at least it was there, but the other movies I mentioned at least one of them should have made your list, in my humble opinion. It is a good list, and thank you for posting it.
It's time to unsubscribe to a useless channel. This list is a total joke and it's telling about your knowledge of classic sfi movies. Read a book……
Wondering how you came up with the number 62? 100 ok. or 50 ok. But 62? Personally I don't like horror in my sci fi movies, but that's just me. The Core? Millenium?
Given that any list of this type is, by definition, subjective, I still find it mind boggling that neither Forbidden Planet or The Incredible Shrinking Man did not crack this list. It makes me wonder if the compilers of the list believe 1950's Sci-FI (with the exception of Day The Earth Stood Still and Godzilla) existed at all.
Poor Things is one of the worst films ever made
Edge of Tomorrow being #62 already makes this list void. Are you guys serious? Lmaaaaao
EEAAO definitely doesn't belong here.
*neither does donner's superman
They have Christopher Nolan's Inception and The Prestige…
BUT NOT INTERSTELLAR?!? Smh
