I don't think I've ever commented on any YouTube video before (and I consume a lot of YouTube) but I've felt so motivated by your videos to make a few lifestyle changes and just wanted to share my gratitude! I've been wanting to get back into fitness and have a semi-solo WDW trip coming up in June that I'm using as motivation to make a few shifts in my daily routines. I of course binged all of your solo trip videos and happened to see your walking three miles a day video and felt inspired to take that initial step after you so kindly shared your story and progress online. I felt compelled to comment here when you mentioned at the start of your video what people are feeling proud of this month and although it's only been going on for a few days, I've been walking 5 miles each day since deciding to make this lifestyle change and signed up for a program that will help me learn more about my eating habits and teach me new strategies for dealing with food dependence. I truly just want to say thank you – I am so grateful for your presence on YouTube and really appreciate how kind and brave you are to share your day-to-day life. I'm certain you inspire many people! You've certainly helped me love myself more!
