  1. that's pretty awesome to get that much truck for that price. but I still wouldn't want it unless I had another vehicle with gas motor to travel with, it would be my commuter vehicle.

  2. Hey there Nathan, will you guys ever do a "driving coast to coast in a Ford Lightning" video for your audience?
That would be nice cause we would find out how easy or how inconvenient it would be.

  3. Love the truck. I would want 2 things added. 1: The sliding rear window and 2: A way to play SiriusXM without using my phone. I will be getting one in about 10 to 15 years after the bugs are figured out and more charging stations are built

  4. If you think it was fun waiting on replacement parts for that Tesla you guys had………just wait till this thing sits around for weeks or months waiting on parts.

  5. If you are the average working guy how are you supposed to afford a 40K truck? Not to mention I doubt you'll be able to get these any time soon. They might offer this version but they will add another ten grand in crap you don't need to the packages the dealers get. Just too expensive for the average person to get into. What happen to the days of getting a basic truck that was affordable, that used to be Ford's whole deal now they so expensive the average person can't even afford one.

  6. What is the life expectancy of the battery, five years, ten years. My current truck is ten years old and runs like new. Can Ford tell me that will happen with this ev truck. How fast does the battery reduce over time. In eight years will I get fifty miles on a full charge?

  7. The base pro compared to the gas stx is still cheaper and you get a lot more when it comes to tech with tech. Which to me is very puzzling unless Ford is doing this on purpose.

  8. This is what a truck should be. Basic, but utilitarian features. I hate when this channel goes on and on about heated seats, power folding mirrors, power tailgates, and other useless stuff. Why do I need a massaging seat in a pickup truck? Save that for the top level models and bring back “affordable” basic trucks again. An F150 extended cab with a normal gas V8 or diesel V6 below $40k would be a hot seller to tradesman, even without all the stupid “convenience” features. Give me the smaller 8” screen, power windows/locks, 17” rims, and a reliable powertrain. Heck, I’ll take the manual transfer case on the floor over the automatic ones in a button on the dash. Make it a sleek body and give me about 320 HP and 20-25 MPG highway. And keep the model generally the same for 5 years so parts are readily available. The biggest selling point should be simplicity, reliable, and the easier entry cost.

  9. I've been watching every video I can find on the F-150 Lightning Pro, thank you for making this. I have a question about the max tow package (and hopefully you have an answer). Since I live in Arizona, where it gets extremely hot, should I add the max tow package to my Pro just for the extra cooling on the battery packs (even if I don't plan on towing anything). Would the extra cooling be helpful in Arizona or is the max tow package only helpful if a person is planning on towing?
