  1. i love that the convergence mod gave us a version of pontiff sulyvahn like sekiro did with owl to give the main antagonist of each story more screentime and a more difficult fight

  2. Love how open to interpretation these games are. Not sure I could consider Gwyn or Miquella pure antagonists. I liked the rest of the list though. Id likely replace those two with Micolash and Bayle. I’d even put Mesmer up here. Orders are not, genocide is an evil move to perpetrate.

  3. Some of these characters stories are quite vague so as to leave them mostly to player interpretation. Not really ideal especially when creating a fantasy. Even so, these villains are some of the most creative in video games

  4. How could you overlook the old iron king? The guy had undead hunted down and tortured for his amusement, designing the executioners chariot to continuously run over the still sentient undead so he could watch them die over and over again. He turned harvest valley into a toxic pit with his never ending need for iron literally brought his kingdom to ruins because of his hedonism and obsession with fire. Even after his death, he came back as what was basically a balrog
