the 1-page business plan that made me $200K+ in 2024

Here’s my business plan template for 2025. Starting a business can be complex but it can also be very simple. So simple that it can fit onto one page. AND I’m going to prove it to you by mapping out 3 different types of businesses in this video — a physical product, a digital product and a service-based business.

  1. Hey Deya! Portuguese-speaking viewer here. For some reason the chapters in portuguese aren't ordered correctly. The first plan is digital products and the second is service-based (in portuguese it says the other way around).

  2. A simple format, this gives you a good basis for discussing essential issues. As a tip, I would say that tempting with discounts is not the most profitable way, it is better to promise something extra than discounts. As a follow-up question, you can open up the possibilities of sales margin, profit and added value, perhaps some way to identify these and through that choose products or a way of operating.

  3. The 5 minutes you gave for physical products was not enough!! I need more haha, would you be open to making specific videos for each? like one video for digital products, one video for service based and one for physical products… I would love to watch all three separately and if you dove in deeper too lol only if you had the time… I love watching your videos hehe thank you Deya!

  4. Well, this is for people who aren't starting a 1mil+ business and are not planning on having investors on the board. If you need people to be part of your plan, they need to be able to understand your projection.

Your advice works for tiny businesses that are less than 3mil.

There is SO LITTLE on the topic how to use YouTube for business owners to grow even with a super small channel/under 5k views yet I know of so many people (like you 🥰) doing it – I would buy this kind of course! Less for her video editing style and 💯 more for start to finish YouTube Video for business made easy

  7. Help! I am very interested in your product, & we desire to purchase, what we believe is the answer to our problem!
What hinders our decisions are the following: My husband, who has all of the business expertise & even computer knowledge has been in charge of all of his businesses, until he suffered recently 4-strokes, then Covid-19 & fell into a Comma, which almost cost him his life!
So, to sum up the ending statements, we are determined to prove that not only can this be done, but that it will! Thanks- you all you can help with! May God provide & lead you!

  9. This feels like great information for me. However, I am looking to create a little business to sell my needle felted creations. I have had some really good feedback on my designs, quality and beauty of my creations. Giving my item is a somewhat “luxury” but “it makes me happy” item I am not sure how to approach creating a business that has a logical and systematic process. Any advice for me?
