Revelations 6:1
The thanksgiving that RCCG HG does is not a ritual, it is something meant to be done with purpose and in understanding.
If we don’t understand the concept of thanksgiving and praising God, we will not derive more value from it.
If you have an hour to pray, use a majority of it to praise God. All we can do is pray, and God will answer IF he wants to. But, when we praise God, he cannot ignore us.
God’s natural habitat is praise.
For example, fish live and breathe in water, if not in water, they will struggle.
Likewise, God operates best for His people when He is surrounded by their praise.
Job 38:7
If you study the Bible carefully, you will see that God is surrounded with praises.
Zephaniah 3:17
God sings.
It is confirmed by Psalm 32:7
If we can master the art of worship (singing praises and thanking God) we can attract God in our lives.
If you engage worship praise and thanksgiving with revelation, then God will bring you into the economy of broken seals, a place where you are best benefited.
In the book of Revelations, certain creatures are described to do nothing but say “Holy, holy, holy are you Lord” continuously.
There are also a certain 24 elders who worship the Lord.
In the book of Revelations, a certain scroll is also described to have seven seals and supposedly no one worthy to open it.
From 1 Corinthians 2:9 we learn that seals are mysteries.
God is Alpha and Omega. This means he is the first and the last at the very same time. He knows the end from the beginning.
Everything that could ever happen in your life is already known to God.
God has prepared “wisdom nugget” that will help you in your journey of life incapsulated in things called seals.
Seals are things designed for your glory.
A typical example of seals is the death of Jesus, a mystery not even Satan could wrap his head around it.
Satan tried eliminating Jesus but all he did only progressed God’s plans further.
When you discover a seal then it will work for your good and against your enemy.
Life operates by secrets and the more of the secret things you know, the more advantages you have over the adversaries of your souls.
Returning to Revelations, John wondered who was worthy to open the seal. Before it was opened, the Bible says that the 24 elders bowed down and worshipped. Jesus did not open the seal until they offered worship.
If you worship correctly as prescribed by God (in spirit and in truth and with a good heart), God will bring you into the economy of broken seals, where you always have the better had and an advantage.
Worship activates the spirit realm.
When you give yourself to worship, the spirit realm opens to you and seals will be broken. When seals are broken, things that were hidden, mysteries meant for your advantage and the disadvantage of your enemies, and ideas that will make you victorious, will all be known to you.
This is why it is essential to praise God with understanding. Choose to worship EVERY moment of your life.
