There's always been forms of marriage contracts, I'd rather sign one with clear T&Cs than get hit with the proverbial crazy small prints and fines come divorce.
I'm in favor of the land reforms, true that prices could go up, but Thais are probably not going to be looking to live in condos as their main address anyway, most the condos bought by Thais in places like Pattaya are bought by Bangkokians who buys them as holiday apartment(s) and could probably afford to pay more.
As for the land price, that'll go up too but then the city gets more in tax and the land still remains in Thai ownership.
As long as they zone it correctly it should be fine. The 75% condo ownership shouldn't be done in Bangkok for example, but IMO fine for holiday resorts towns like Pattaya, Hua Hin etc
