– You can try the PAWR10 setting on the RS for those more difficult resins (from experience).
But of course it could just be a crap batch of Inslogic Resin.

Good to see ya back after the storm Anthony
can you try and do a cone of calibration v3 with some none heygears resin? on the rs?
Anthony tip for you, warm the resin in a pot of hot water for 10 minutes, trust me it makes a massive difference 😉
Another great video. Thanks. Totally agree with what you said concerning about kinda a 3d printer – like you I am option 2 and love my RS.
That’s shocking. Hopefully it is just a dodgy batch
i have had to shake the HELL out of toughness resin to mix it correctly and even then I get issues. But mixing it with abs like 50/50 makes for good strong prints. I had this issues with sirayatech a while back.
I agree with Greedy3D, I use printers with huge amount of user control capability, and it's a time-consuming pain in the buttocks, even though the results are great and kind of worth the effort.
For printing easily, quickly and excellently, nothing beats the RS at this time (I don't know about >$USD 4,000 printers like the Form4 or Raised3D DF2, don't have them, haven't tested them), and I'm using it much more than the other printers now.
I still haven't tried any HeyGears resin (all I have is one bottle of PAS10 that showed up weeks after the printer) and I don't really see any need to 🤣
I'm surprised no one seems to be mentioning how really fast the RS prints, I'm finding it 2-3 times faster than other consumer printers for quality prints.
I personally like to tinker with all my machines but I do see the merit to much more streamlined press and go machines. I recently got into resin printing and have found it to be amazing. Watching multiple super detailed prints come together on a single build plate blows my mind every time.
When you hollow your prints in blueprint slicer – what thickness is your default? The standard 2.5 mm setting?
I noticed the pawr 10 setting to work better on tough resins maybe its due to it being heygears "tough" resin available for the rs? Maybe retry with this setting?
You're wrong because people don't like tinkering with settings just to tinker with settings, people want to get the best bang for their buck with the consumables that is the resin that they choose to use that work for their scenario, once they've tuned that resin to work with their machine they are happy there is no more playing with settings, it's a one and done type of thing which you should know…. People don't wanna pay 2 times or three times the price of a bottle of resin if they don't have to in this case there's two types of people people with more money than sense and people they want the best bang for their buck………….
Glad to see you using chitubox pro, I love pro over the standard version, though I'm in chats with the chitu team about there tutorial videos. Btw, not sure if it'll help you for cleaning, I tend to spay to get most of the resin off, use a air comprssor to give it a quick blast, spray again, blast again then the final spray and blast should be enough to completly clean the test prints… might just work for me with the aircompressor I have here in the studio?
Love your videos. How long do you cure your pas10 resin? I feel like I am over curing. Thanks for any insights.
