Ur child is under a car wheel and instead of focusing on her trying to help her or when the driver came out the car that was ur chance to move the vehicle but u chose violence u beat on him wasting time she was still under the car wheel if she was in somewhat in a better position like taken away in a hospital I don’t condole violence but that would be a better time to fight, and instead of falling to ur knees crying with guilt u bursted out in anger ?? It makes no sense there’s no time to be angry I would be terribly sad and devastated instead and try to help my daughter not waste time fighting it’s not going to save ur daughters life she was still under the car wheel my god have some shame and u left that baby to get out by herself nobody looked back to make sure she was behind until it was too late until u heard the sound of her getting ran over my god the distance between them and the baby was crazy
I am father of a nine year old girl there is no way i would have jumped out of that ride and ran up in the house and let the my one year old daughter fend for herself. If that DA doesnt bring charges on those people they should be removed from there position.
I believe he didn’t move the car because he didn’t want to run her back over again he’s definitely not at fault. It’s the parents fault for her being alone walking by herself this is extremely horrible situation.

Its disturbing that the baby was not watched at all. Most parent's automatically watch their baby. The news report that the parents had to be informed their child had died, so whoever was suppose to be watching their one year old was extremely careless and irresponsible.

As a RS driver you must make sure the passengers are clear of the vehicle. I heard stories of drivers driving off while the passangers where not all the way in or out of the vehicle
So the uber driver got beat up over the parents ..that uber drivers gonna live with the horror of killing a child in a very much prevebtable situation. Even IF they get charged for manslaughter the parents should also be a guilty party and serve time
