Why do you think Solar Logistic is so OP ? It just free cards for space event… how many of them will be there in the game ? 8,9? – So its like around 24 MC profit (3MC project wise) in best case scenario when you get useful random card, but the card itself cost 20 MC – not a huge gain. It has Space symbol – so it may be built faster than AI Central or Sub-Crust Measurments with titanium, but on the other had it has no VPs. Earth Tag discount is nice – there is only one card providing it and helps earth tag strategy which is not very viable especially in higher player counts – there are not enough Earth tag Automatic projects in the decks (especially when you play without promos) to collect significant amounts of Earth tags for cards Like Cartel, Lunar Mining etc.
