There's one more old battery near the factory dome. It's tucked in by the pipes. Also, with how much the solar panels are costing you in metal, it might be a good idea to scrap them and replace with fewer large wind turbines. It costs 1 metal to service a large panel in exchange for 5 power. A large wind turbine produces 10 power (before polymer blades) and costs 1 machine part (which equals 1 metal). Overall it would save you a lot of metal.

If I remember correctly unless you get giant plants, apple tree is the most efficient plant per day. It might be worth checking if you have the research to unlock them.
Are you planning on using trains to get to the mining dome?
