  1. It's wild to me that this was directed by Sergio Corbucci, the guy who made some of the most grimdark & violent Spaghetti Westerns like the original Django or ''The Great Silence''.

  5. Now, I suggest you to do one thing. Turn on the Italian audio track with English caption, and you will see the magic of Italian dubbers of that age.
The movie gets 100 times more funny! 😂
Unfortunately, for those who can’t understand the Italian language there’s a huge loss.
The Italian version’s script has much more texture too, and funnier gigs.
It’s even surprising the English version could be such a great hit around the world, considering the huge difference of quality that I’m sure the Italian audience, that is also proficient in English, can clearly notice.

  6. ¡¡¡ very funny !!!
… a play of poker has its odds …
… more odds than evens …
… if you wanna win, you just have to do some mathematics, better say statistics in form of gambling numbers …
    ¿¿¿ funny, isn't it ???
… the thing is, that you change the odds or evens, during the game, and your opponent will eventually lose …
… so it sums up to psychology …
… or just ignorance of the looser how poker works …
… but if you have a bad place on the table, you can't win …
… in this movie, the best poker gambler of all times, Terence Hill, has no place …
… it's the worst place on the table, you could possibly get …
… because all other players are joined up against him and know the game …
… so, if it was for real, he'd loose …
¿¿¿ what does this movie want to tell us ???
¿¿¿ that playing poker or so, could make us rich ???
¿¿¿ or just, that movies aren't worth to watch ???
… this does not change anything in the recognition that it's played well in the sense of performance of the actors …
