  1. How much you wanna bet they come out with their truck before APTERA comes out with its vehicle. The interest they made alone is enough to finance a whole new startup

  2. Nothing says practical like dropping 40K for something that claims to be a truck but whose bed is maybe as long as its passenger cabin. It might as well just be made into a mini van that even a man can be proud of. That's why I'm far more inclined to get an Aptera. At least I can go but a few sticks of lumber in a $25,000 autocycle. I could barely get my groceries into the cargo area of that pickup.

  3. I love it! I want one! Please let there be a single cab, 2 door option. We don't all want, need or are willing to pay for expensive and heavy back doors and windows. A light weight, affordable single cab, 6' bed EV truck with independent suspension, AWD, a flat floor and a 3 seat with fold down arm rest is a truck I would be willing to sell my 2 door Silverado for. This is the truck I've been waiting for. Please build it!!!

  4. Thanks a bunch Drew for sharing this exciting information. I think we are seeing what the future of mobility will be. The future today in a sense. That being, highly efficient electric vehicles blended with solar. I feel after the Telo Truck and the Aptera are both on the road showing off their amazing range and solar efficiency, people are going to start to realize that, "This is the way" 😋. Plus, I agree with you, I can geek out on just how cool the solar panels look on a vehicle. 🌩Electric Bill 🌩

  5. I only want to know ONE THING. Is MY reservation number a REAL ONE or will TELO be playing games like APTERA and TAKING MONEY for ADVANCED reservations. PLEASE let me know NOW so if necessary can CANCEL my reservation! THANK YOU…..Johnny G #4317

  6. Aptera is the last place I would source anything and expect OEM-level pricing.
They've been so overhyped everyone forgets they've yet to viably manufacture anything.
If Telo does add solar "by popular demand" I bet they source panels elsewhere.

  7. Aptera’s total lack of transparency with regard to how their systems test out in the real world sucks.
On Telo solar, going in, if you have (400W/700W)(100?kWh/350kWh) it means you get roughly 1/6th the range benefit of whatever Aptera gets.
If Telo is even considering this, they should get 2 panels and the interface on a demo as soon as possible and test it themselves. The Demo Tour seems like a perfect opportunity.
Telo cannot kick the testing can down the road like Aptera has.
That Aptera has been into their spiel for decades and, apparently, has yet to run one full charge down the road publicly is insane.
