A funny and creative full-length debut that shows plenty of potential for Teezo.

  2. I think its interesting that you really didn't like The Ooz, and criticized it for it's lack of narrative and being all over the place, when this record doesn't have a great narrative that builds through it musically or lyrically. Honestly thought you'd be a little harsher on Teezo here. Not sure why you gave him a pass lol. I love some of his singles that he's done and hoped he'd curated his sound and narrative for the first album. It's obvious that he didn't, and just wants to do too many things. It can be nice to switch up genre, but everything is so disjointed. It's really like he just threw a bunch of songs together. The last tracks EDM part for 20 seconds. Come on Anthony, that doesn't make any sense. Why didn't you go in on it. This sucks, because I'm sure some of this is the major label having a hand and just peppering this album with all sorts of bullshit so at least something sells. The whole Foushee song is just boring and old. I've heard that song a thousand other places. Just frustrating from Teezo really and I'm kinda disappointed you sold on this one.

  4. He’s only ranking this high because of who teezo is, and the femboy vocals. I believe it may be related to his divorce, and he now relates a little more to this. I like teezo, but this album is corny the rock shit is not good.

Melon is very weird in why he likes stuff but he has always bent over backwards for ppl with alt lifestyles even tho he is the most milquetoast white guy

  5. The more you listen to this album, you realize it’s not that unique. Each track can be jarring when comparing each track since there’s no consistency. But individually each track is a work of art. This whole album has some aspects of rock, edm, rnb, rap, and funk. He’s an incredible breath of fresh air. One of the best albums I’ve heard this year along with Genesis Owusu’s album. 8/10 for me

  6. He's a goat in the making imo. I'm so glad he finally has a project to listen to all the way through besides Playlists. Been following him for like 3 years now too so I'm happy to see I was here since the beginning

  7. When I saw a red Flannel, I was kinda sad because I really liked tezzo on Travis Scott's new album and the song rock paper strippers. Plus, the single for this album with Janelle monae was fantastic. But unfortunately, besides that song, there were only 3 others that I liked. Therefore, I liked 4 songs off of a 12 track album that sounds like a red flannel review to me 😅😭. But that's just my opinion. How did everybody else feel about this album 🤔.

  8. I liked this… Teezo crazy been listening to him since he had like 5k on Instagram. I was lowkey expecting more from the album. Was betting for a 10/10. All in all I really enjoyed it personally it’s an 8.5/10
